Needed a tow immediately after my car broke down and the store attendant said I had to move my car by 9am or they’d impound it. Called Ibanez towing and he said he could meet me at my car at 8am to ensure to avoid that. He beat me there, handled my car with care, and let me ride to the mechanic shop with him. He was super nice, good price, and had no problem giving me a detailed receipt for my insurance. I will never call another.

My 2005 Mazda MPV minivan radiation leaked and could not drive. I called Ibanez Towing Service, and showed in San Jose less than 20 minutes as he promised. He towed my van to Sunnyvale smoothly and I was charged at reasonable price. I appreciate and will use him again if I need towing.Service: Car towing

My first time with Ibanez Towing Service LLC was great! Highly recommend!!! I will most likely call them in the future.I got a flat tire late at around 9pm pulled my car to the side of the road. Tried calling my insurance company but they "don't service in my area". I almost lost hope from calling so many towing companies. One of them wouldn't help me I didn't share the exact location.Anyway, everyone I called turned me down. Good thing I was able to find Ernesto through another towing company. by 9:20 PM Ernesto called me within a few minutes of me speaking to the I told him my situation and he was on his way with in 20 minutes. Ernesto is super friendly, quick and he answered all the questions I had. I was on my way home with in 30 minutes.When they said 24/7 service, it really is! Ernesto came to help me late at night.
