“I had squirrel(s) live in my engine within 2 days of not driving and they bit through my fuel line. I called one place and they referred me to the dealer. Another highly rated automotive shop referred me to Robbies Automotive Service for repairing the fuel line. Martin and Raul were very professional and honest. They called me the day of and explained that they were able to order the part from the dealer and have it fixed by the next day. They called the next day and showed me the fuel line where it was bitten by the squirrel. Everything was working as expected. Very happy with their work! I was very relieved that it was done in a day. I highly recommend them.”

“After taking truck to another shop and $900 in and feeling scammed for check engine light so i can smog my vehicle decided to go to quality because they always treated my grandmother right they fixed the issue thank you for remaining an honest shop update just passed smog”
“Mike took special care of me, he was super communicative during the estimate process telling me how much it would cost and how long.
During the fix he kept me up to date. The badges were on back order but Mike took extra care reaching out to me letting me know when they came in and quickly installing them when I was available.
The office is especially nice, clean, cold and they have plenty of free drinks and goodies while you wait.
Highly recommend this location for their friendly team and clear communication!

“Im gonna start off this review by saying that I went to 3 DIFFERENT places, they were all “skips tire and automotive” and all three of those businesses were absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in customer service. The counter employees were so rude, they wouldn’t help with any of my immediate problems. They just wanted me to reschedule and they would answer then. So finally I leave and as I’m driving home I see this drive thru spot that’s completely empty. So I pull up and immediately the gentleman asked “what he could do for me today” then proceeded to ask if I’d like a soda or beverage while I wait in my car(that was an amazing touch btw) then proceeded to tell me information about my oil/car I was not aware of! Just genuinely letting me know the issues and concerns I might have to deal with in the future. No up-selling, no B.S, just genuine customer CARE! I recommend this place to anyone who cares about customer service and getting your car done in a timely fashion! 10/10”

“I took my Toyota minivan for inspection and fx as needed to pass the smog test. Thanh did an amazing job of diagnosing the issue and recommended replacing only one catalytic converter as shown in the meter and later replaced both based on the reading. He gave me upfront total estimation made sure I go back and chrck with him again before taking my car to smog test.i consider that is truely a professional service

“Had a screw in my tire on my Tesla Model Y Performance. Showed up at 8am right when they opened and I was out in 30 min with the tire patched. Great price, great service. They dis-mounted the tire and installed the patch from the inside, the best way to do it.”
“I really love Acura Honda Connection - my partner & I used to take our old blue Honda Fit here. These guys are knowledgeable, kind, honest, and friendly - and if you're clueless about cars like me, they'll give you solid advice so you don't get over-charged. And they're so professional, they educate you without talking down to you or making you feel stupid. They even provided a loaner car for us when they worked on our bumper last year!
The only thing is... I'm very sad they don't do body work anymore!!! I took my Civic today for help on my front bumper spoiler lip, and was devastated to hear the news that they've transitioned out of that line of work in the last couple months to focus solely on auto repair/tune ups/maintenance/brakes/muffler/exhaust stuff like that. I completely understand why - working with insurance companies and parts acquisition and limited space in the shop can create an unruly beast for the owners to wrestle with. I respect that - the owners should do what's best for the shop and the team after all.
I also appreciate the guys taking time to chat with me and assess my issue anyway to give me some advice on what to do next. Like I said, the team here always does their best to equip you with knowledge to get your car in tip-top shape. Joey pointed me to a guy he trusts to do good work, levelled with me about price, and then before I left he even got on the ground and cut off the lingering, shredded remnants of my spoiler-lip so it stopped scraping against my wheels and getting caught in the wheel well. That small act enables me to actually drive my car around for a day while I find a new body shop! He didn't need to do that, but he did out of the kindness of his heart, and that's the kind of thoughtfulness I'm looking for in an auto shop - people who give you peace of mind and get you to keep moving through a stressful situation.
How could I ever find that level of trust and attention to detail in another shop!? Anyway, thanks for all the great advice and work the past couple years, guys.
