“100% would recommend this place without any hesitation. Everyone was professional and provided great customer service. I called to make an appointment for an estimate. The receptionist provided me with available time-slot to choose from - which I really appreciate cause it shows they care about your time as well. I showed up and they gave me an estimate and walked me through my insurance policy and how it would work. They called back again to confirm a good drop off time for my car and told me they would work with the rental car place to sync up my pickup time. When I dropped off my car, they broke down the process again for me and told me the repair would take 5-7 business days and within minutes enterprise came to pick me up and shuttled me to their office for my rental car. They will call you again to give you an update on your car and the status. I picked up my car and was able to drop off my rental car at their place as well. Smoothest transition ever! No hassle whatsoever! I didn't have to worry about getting an Uber or a shuttle. Alright alright, you probably want to know about the quality of the repair right? Well it was fantastic! My car is 10 years old and I kept her well maintained. It hurts to see dents and scratches on my car. I was really worried that the color would be off since they had to replace the fender and door, but nope! They made her look brand new and the color looks uniform across the car. Big shout out to SERGIO and his team!”

“To start off I happen to be a mechanic. Over the last couple years I've battled some health problems that have limited my abilities physically. Im down to a one car garage right now also which isn't ideal for large jobs. I'm extremely distrustful of a lot of shops because I know most of my peers are horrible at their jobs. This is not the case with TECH3. Ken is honest, reputable, fairly priced and just downright likable. I still do most things myself but I've had my integra tuned there and I just had my tsx clutch done. My clutch is smooth as butter. Thank you again Ken. You're one of the few shops in the area I trust and respect. After I get surgery to fix my shoulder we're gonna have to talk about employment opportunities. “My parents have been going to David for years and have always had great service from him. I’ve also been going to him as well for any issues with my car. Recently my car wouldn’t start when I was heading home, and he was nice enough to let me get it towed to his shop late at night. He was able to look at it and replace my battery the next day. David is super friendly and he is able to fix most car issues quickly!”

“Im gonna start off this review by saying that I went to 3 DIFFERENT places, they were all “skips tire and automotive” and all three of those businesses were absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in customer service. The counter employees were so rude, they wouldn’t help with any of my immediate problems. They just wanted me to reschedule and they would answer then. So finally I leave and as I’m driving home I see this drive thru spot that’s completely empty. So I pull up and immediately the gentleman asked “what he could do for me today” then proceeded to ask if I’d like a soda or beverage while I wait in my car(that was an amazing touch btw) then proceeded to tell me information about my oil/car I was not aware of! Just genuinely letting me know the issues and concerns I might have to deal with in the future. No up-selling, no B.S, just genuine customer CARE! I recommend this place to anyone who cares about customer service and getting your car done in a timely fashion! 10/10”
“Mike took special care of me, he was super communicative during the estimate process telling me how much it would cost and how long.
During the fix he kept me up to date. The badges were on back order but Mike took extra care reaching out to me letting me know when they came in and quickly installing them when I was available.
The office is especially nice, clean, cold and they have plenty of free drinks and goodies while you wait.
Highly recommend this location for their friendly team and clear communication!

“Raul did an excellent job changing my oil and making a visual inspection of my car. He gave me information about my car and gave me options about what to do. It was such an amazing contrast with the Toyota dealership where I had been going. I had come to dread going for an oil change, expecting to have to make difficult decisions and leaving with a bill hundreds of dollars more than I expected. At Robbie's I had a pleasant and satisfying experience where I also learned more about my car than I had at the dealership. And the bill was under $100! Great service and value!”
“I had a few issues with my car that needed attention right away and they were able to get me back up and running in no time. I have yet to come across a shop that is more customer centric and friendly. The final bill was actually LESS than the original quote as well. 100% will be taking my cars here again and recommend others do the same. I am very satisfied.”
