There are not enough staff. When ordering, you have to wait for the waiter to complete other tasks before serving. The store is not big and there is no toilet. There are Lucky and McDonald's nearby to find the toilet.

The food was cold! Tacos were stale and cold! I asked for the onion rings to be crispy and they were not!! Food was disgusting and I will NEVER go back to this JITB AGAIN!!????????

Customer service is not good. Every time I come here the dining area is not clean, trash everywhere, and employees talking to each other and being on their phones. I went in today and the cashier was talking with his girlfriend not attending to me or taking my order. I walked out before taking my order because the cashier never spoke to me and continued to hug his girlfriend and kiss her in front of me. I'm not coming back here again.

HORRIBLE !! I tried giving them chances but every time I go, I get soggy oily tacos salty old fries the burgers are horrible!! I hate this Jack-in-the-Box so much

I did not know drive thru does not accept change… I came around 1 am mobile ordered some stuff… I addedMore stuff, it came out to 6.32 I had a 2 dollar bill and some coins… He gave me a rude face and said he can’t take it.. My gf told him we have counted it and have it separated for him and he said that no we didn’t.. I told him in Spanish as well and he just gave me a disgusted look and said we can’t take it… I didn’t know we could not pay with coins ( there were no cars behind us) We felt a little embarrassed and hurt that he couldn’t take 4 dollars in quarters… I do not usually pay in change but it was all we had atm

I always come here but Gloria is incompetent and can't speak English to save her life. I'm pretty sure she's the manager. I wasn't sure if I got all my stuff and I came back for a receipt at least. An employee scanned my card only to charge me for another order ? For no reason after I clearly said I need a receipt I didn't order anything? I was than greeted by gLoRiA who asked what I ordered after repeating my long order She told me that she can't print it out because the system erases your order after 3 minutes, and that my order sounded right. I got a milkshake a bacon burger 2 chicken sandwiches and jalapeño poppers (3 piece). I was charged 30 dollars. Also an additional 10 for someone else's stuff. I said ok it's Christmas I'm not gonna be a jackass so I left, only to see I got charged that so she was gonna let me take off with an additional 10 dollar charge and not say anything? So I didn't get no food or a receipt and I got charged 10 dollars for no reason and she was gonna let me leave like that. Safe to say Gloria is a jackass. Her English is also so so so so so bad. I'll be sure to triple check everything every time I come here.

got food poisoning but the food was bussin, they skimped on my fries tho.. i ordered munchie box. the price without any coupons is pretty expensive in my opinion. over $8 for fast food is crazy to me but i'm just broke LOL

Up-charged me $2.50 when I requested a large cup of water, but did not tell me about the extra charge before I paid. At that price I could have gotten a regular drink instead. This is either a bad restaurant policy or poor employee training.

They would NOT answer my calls! I feel that coming from a fast food restaurant, you SHOULD answer my calls. I have called at least 15 times! This is ridiculous! NEVER eating from this fast food restaurant EVER again! You will NOT be hearing from me EVER AGAIN!

My favorite fast food location between.Monterey & San Francisco. Crew are well trained and mostly in good spirits. I found them to be accommodating to their customers. I've been stopping at that location now for nearly 16 years. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Just a thought to the mamager of this location. When you make a mistake don't try to blame the customer. I ordered a single Jumbo Jack cheeseburger and when I opened it there was no cheese. I returned to exchange it or have cheese added and the manger told me I didn't order a cheeseburger and continued to insist. I know what I ordered and to argue over it showed a real lack of management skills. I ended up just getting a refund and going to McDonald's.

Atrocious, unacceptable service! Garbage service. Come here if you like being disrespected and yelled at. I’m talking to you Guy with the gold chain..you know who you are ?? I tried using a coupon code for the two jumbo jacks no cheese with one of them being free ..I came in last night around the same time ..less than 48 hours ago as of writing this review. .and the same guy told me it’s not in the system and tried to make me pay full price. I told him “I just did the survey, the code is 6540” and he continued to try and tell me that it wasn’t valid or some bs excuse even though I’ve been here hundreds of times and I know how it works. He tried telling me it was expired when the receipt says use within 72 hours…not even close to 24..I ended up leaving the drive-through and having to walk in. The manager did his job and rang me up for one and let the other sandwich be free since I took the time to do the survey. Don’t put those surveys on the receipts if you don’t want to honor them. I paid $3.27 the night before , and tonight the same incompetent fool tried telling me it was $4.91 .. I was confused and asked him “did it go up over night?” and he gave me extreme attitude saying “I don’t set the prices, call the company if you got a problem” as if I don’t know how this whole thing works. I tried staying calm at first, but he kept telling me I was in the wrong so I said, “don’t disrespect me” and I asked to speak with the manage while he yelled at me, and there an adult tantrum ..he was saying insults in Spanish, which I know. I’ve never received this kind of service from anywhere I’ve been in my entire life. I get that some days are busy and stressful..but there are two things..one..stress management and two..even if I was in the wrong you don’t yell at your customers.. he was slamming his fist on the counter trying to prove me wrong, arguing with me and I told him I was asking a simple question..he said “I don’t care” and I said “I can see that clearly. It’s obvious you don’t care” … never come here again if you want to be treated like a human being ..on top of that their prices are outrageous for fast food but whatever..the service is what is unacceptable. I’m not a Karen and I never make problems…but this is a simple job and the drive thru worker with the gold chain has absolute garbage service skills. No idea how he got hired. Lost a frequent customer. ??♂️
