Just went to order some food through the drive-thru for "faster" service. They asked me to pull to the front, there was one car ahead of me and eventually from what I could count around 6 cars after me they all got their food, while employees checked my receipt twice I waited over 20 minutes in my car until they came out again with food for ANOTHER car I went in got told 2 more minutes about 5 minutes later they finally gave me my food. Its ridiculous that their monitor is beeping letting them know the order is delay, yet they keep working on the orders that come in after.

I went through the drivethrew and the park almost every car this would be okay if the food came out hot. Alot of the time the fresh are ice-cold there one lady who much sure everything is hot I which I got her name. I wish the owner family would do pop in visit lime they used to do in the pass cause there are a couple employees that are really RUDE

Around 10:30-10:40PM I pulled up to the window to pay for my food and the guy who was working there told me to back up. And I was like did you want me to change how I pulled up? And he kept saying go back so I did. He put a thumbs up out of the window and closed it. It was about 30 seconds and I was like what is going on. He peeked through the window and laughed at us. My sister went to check what was going on and the guy was talking to a girl coworker and they were on their phones. I believe it might have been two guys and 1 girl. And they were laughing and using their phones. I fully believe they had me back up so that the cameras wouldn’t see that there was customers so that they could just talk to each other without getting in trouble. Finally I pulled up after the about 5 minutes and they finally gave me my food after a while. Every time I come to this Jack in the box I always have bad experiences with the workers. They have very bad customer service.

Bad experience today I ordered a burger plain no cheese and they gave me the wrong burger so I go and tell the lady she grabs the bag and tossed in the garage with out tell me anything then I hear her tell his coworker make a burger no cheese so I tell her please make sure plain no cheese she looks at me with anger and screams I got it okay they need better people working in the location.

I fail to understand why everytime we would go to use the drive through in the morning they will ask every car to pull over to the side for very simple orders. I know this is to keep their numbers down that they send to corporate and usually I don't care. Once or Twice is understandable. Things happen, people miss work, etc. But for this location it's a pattern. They have done it to not just me but every vehicle that orders. That has been my experience the last 10 times I've gone over the span of a few months. That's why I know it's not a 1 off or an outlier.

I came to pick up an order for uber eats customer and they were closed. This restaurant should communicate with online website. Last time this happened when I came they actually made the online order even though they were closed. So inconvenient for customers and delivery drivers.
