I ordered online and when I came in the store was basically empty, the employees didn’t talk to me, didn’t even look at me but they noticed me, they were not helpful at all for my order, no way to talk to them since they didn’t even look at you to ask you what you need,I saw how they were talking to new customers but ignoring me.

I placed a mobile order for pick up. They didn't have the classic breakfast sandwich I wanted so they made me pay $.33 cents difference for an impossible breakfast sandwich. I think this is poor customer service because I had to go out to my car to get my wallet. I ended up just giving them a whole dollar because I didn’t have change and I was in a hurry to get to work. After I left the store, I could see through the windows that the employee was irate, angry, waving his arms around, putting his hands on his head, and on his hips, shaking his fingers don’t be mad at me. I just gave you a tip and paid the difference screw you Jamba juice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How rude of him to act angry. I am the customer I am the one who is angry he does not have a right to be angry. He is an employee and he needs to act professional. He was not inconvenienced I was.

Just needed some vitamin C on a Saturday morning. Came by, parked in one of the nearby parking lots (there was a lot of parking available directly in front of Jamba), and was able to walk in to order. No line, so we ordered directly with the employee when she was available. Received our drink fairly quickly, and it tasted consistently like a Jamba Juice drink. No issues. Service was fine, as well.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! According to the sign posted on the door and online they are supposed to close at 8. I called at 7:45 to make sure they're open and after picking up the phone as asking the girl on the line HANGS UP!!!! no answer. SO RUDE and unprofessional. I get there at 7:47 AND THEY ARE CLOSED. they see me outside and dont open the door. DO BETTER. - a disappointed smoothie lover :(

We came there for a team outing and it was only seven of us. They refused to serve us because it was one man and a woman who just started. They said it was too much even though it was just 7 smoothies. Last time we went to that Jamba they are closed because they were out of almost everything. Very disappointing Jamba.

I placed an order online because I didn't want to wait, since I was going to work, I arrived at the place and my order was not ready. They made me wait 10 more minutes making me late for work. They didn’t even apologize

Do not trust the hours of this location. They close early almost every day it appears. The employees are rude, and are unwilling to help. If you can avoid this location, it is highly recommended that you go out of your way to use a different location or completely don't use Jamba Juice. Neither the employees or the manager care about taking care of you or even serving you a drink.

Place sucks . They really need to hire more people. Not put web orders first having their in store customers waiting an outrageously long time. Really bad customer service at this particular location and there was a hair in my drink one time

This Jamba used to be good but as you can see from multiple other 1 star reviews (on Google because this Yelp account is difficult to locate for some reason) they've had a rough time lately. Had I known that, I wouldn't have wasted my time here. We came in this morning and ordered 2 drinks, a large C booster and a medium Gotcha Matcha. A guy named Amoure M according to the receipt took our order. It started off fine. He asked my husband if he wanted a boost in his Orange-C booster. He asked for immunity booster, and the guy said that's already in there, do you want to choose another? When my husband asked what others where available, he said "they're up there" indicating they were on the menu board somewhere. After my husband scanned the board unsuccessfully a few seconds, Amoure mumbled the names of 3 boosters which we had to ask him to repeat because he had mumbled. My husband wasn't able to load his app in time to scan it for rewards (not that Amoure asked if he had a loyalty account anyway, despite there being a sign right besides him that says to ask every customer every time). He requested a receipt so he could enter it into the app himself, which he tried to do while we were waiting, but the receipt was missing a barcode to scan. Amoure was able to look it up phone number and add the credit to his Jamba account. When I received my Gotcha Matcha, it did not have the cloud whip. I asked where it is, and he said it doesn't come with it. Very clearly the only option on their menu board is one item (see attached photo) with pricing that includes the whip. He said it's 2 items in the register and I didn't order the one with whip, and the whip costs $1 extra. I asked why the menu board doesn't show both options and he said he didn't know but he couldn't add it even though the board is wrong. I asked to talk to the manager and he said he was the manager. He didn't offer to help in any way, either by asking me if I'd like to go ahead and pay the extra, didn't apologize that the menu board is incorrect or incomplete, nothing. On the way out we noticed my husband's drink was only a medium even though he asked for large, but fortunately Amoure only charged him for a medium. I checked the online menu for this store once we left and I noticed there is in fact 2 Gotcha Matchas, one with whip and one without, but they are the exact same price. So this dude claiming to be the manager straight up lied to me. This is the second 1 star experience I've had at a Jamba lately. The other one was in Pleasanton. But still it feels like the company as a whole must be going downhill.
