What an amazing buying experience! Never felt pressured to buy anything and both Teresa and Mike are extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the trade. Honest opinions, which are so hard to find nowadays! We are definitely coming back again - we found our jewels!

Mike and Teresa are great!!! My late mother and I always trust them with any valuable jewelry. Also Mike made a ring for a good friend of mine a few years ago. She still loves it!!

I came in to get my late mothers jewelry appraised and the gentleman who work here are very knowledgeable and kind. I learned alot in the process. I also got a gold chain for myself and my grandmother got her pendant bail fixed. Would not go anywhere else for jewelry.

This is my first Yelp review ever. Michael Jammal is the owner who does repairs. 0n 4/19/23 As I was waiting to pick up my repair jewelry, my jump ring on my necklace came loose and he said he would solder it for $15. The next morning I realized he stole my large lobster clasp worth over $125 and replaced it with a smaller one! My necklace weighed 10.9 grams because he weighed it before he did the work. So I took it to another jeweler and weighed it and it weighed 10.5 grams. My lobster clasp was marked 585 and replaced with a small one marked 14k. I had that lobster clasp for 36 years and know the difference because I took it off my bracelet my husband gave me for our anniversary and put it on that necklace. Charming and smiling the whole time he steals and robs you of your precious jewelry. This guy is getting rich by stealing from his customers and is a dishonest, lying thief who should be put behind bars! To be avoided at all cost!

Michael and Teresa are very friendly and helpful. Micheal has casted new rings for me and they are beautiful and well designed. No skimping on hollowed out bands. Just nice solid pieces. He’s currently resetting a new diamond for me and about to cast a new ring for my previous diamond. I trust his work 100%

Michael Jamal has been fixing my jewelry for years. He has cast rings for me, and is currently casting another for my previous diamond. He and Teresa just facilitated my diamond upgrade and my ring is beautiful! They are friendly and do wonderful work.

I started coming her for the wonderful extensive charm collection, and have had several pieces repaired after finding out that Teel's Jewelers in Los Gatos outsourced to them. The owner is really informative and straight forward, and the work is excellent and affordable. I've got my diamond tennis bracelet and a darling gold heart bracelet in for repair now. He showed me where it needed work and was candid about how some parts would eventually wear out completely. I really appreciate the honesty and candor. It's great having a trusted jeweler.

The owner is a rude a******* My mom took her necklace in to get fixed. A beautiful heart necklace with diamonds around it that my dad had given her for their anniversary and he had the audacity to tell her it was fake. Like who cares dude, just fix the damn thing and leave your negative comments to yourself.

My wedding ring needed some serious repair. The center stone was falling out! A friend recommended this shop. Mike and Theresa are wonderful. They restored the prongs and set me all up. I'm so grateful for the reviews.
