Had the best experience with Armando at kay jewelers! He was very helpful and attentive. Made sure I was getting what I wanted and not settling for something that wasn't absolutely perfect and checked off all my boxes. He was professional, personable, friendly, and compassionate. He is great at his job and I will definitely be back for any more jewelry needs. Thank you so much Kay and Armando! Keep up the great work

We walked in unexpectedly to upgrade wedding bands for our vows renewal and Cisco was great help! Gave us awesome deals and made it a good experience. Thank you!

Not a very good experience. At 1000 it was not opened like it supposed to. Associate said, 15 more min. Why?!Then she could not find my purchase/plan protection by tel.#, insisted it is not there. It took awhile to do so. Not sure if I will come back

Blanca is a beautiful soul and I am so grateful we worked with her! Months ago I met with her to just "look" and made my choices of what I loved!! About 4 months later my new fiancé met her and made my dreams come true ! Thank you Blanca for being so patient and kind.

I no longer trust Kay. I took my partner's pearl necklace to replace the clasp on 2/16. I had a promise date of 3/6. I received an email on 3/4 that the shop received the necklace. I was informed that the repair shop was in Mountain View. I cannot believe it took weeks for the repair shop to receive it. They must have forgotten about sending it. I called the store on 3/13, they said the repair shop was waiting for the piece. A repair shop doesn't have the normal clasp I want. That is bizarre. A repair shop, that has partnered up with Kay should have all parts considering they are a jewelry repair shop. I went to the store on 3/26, the associate, Blanca, said the shop was closed since it was a Sunday and she will call on Wednesday. At this point, it is just so ridiculous that on the receipt, in black and white, there is a PROMISE date of 3/6. I would not even have the receipt say PROMISE. The definition of promise (noun): a declaration or assurance that one will do a particular thing or that a particular thing will happen. I feel like because the price of getting my jewelry fixed is so minimal that Kay does not take my business fairly. I bet if this was a bigger sale item, it would have been fixed immediately. I asked the associate to refund my item and that I no longer wanted to get it replaced. I will take it elsewhere. In just 2 days, I received an email that the pearl necklace is at the store. It questions me, it took 2 days to receive the item from the repair shop, but it took them from 2/16 to 3/4 to send the item to the repair shop. Very poor! I did receive my refund, but since I already paid for my bill, I now have a credit on my Kay account, which is bad because I do not think I can use Kay anymore.

Wish I would have checked their reviews before I turned in my engagement ring and wedding band to them. The worst customer service I have had in a long time. Broke my hand and the ER cut my rings off. Turned the rings in to them to get repaired, went back to get it sized not once but twice, was told the rings would be ready on a certain date, went to get rings and they were not ready and Armando and Cisco (the office manager) didn't even have the courtsey to call and let me know, another two weeks went by before they advised me where my rings were. I contacted the repair shop and had my rings back early the following week. I will never go to that store again or refer anyone to them.

I went here on a late Wednesday afternoon and was assisted by an employee named Maryam R. Look/ask for her when you visit! She was informative, friendly, and humorous. I appreciate how helpful and honest she was with the whole process. Great customer service!

07-11-2011, late in the afternoon, I needed help adjusting my watch band.Walking by Kay Jewelers, a nice sales guy named Armondo Mejia asked "how can I help you?"I was impressed with his openess and approachable demeanor. He willingly helped me with my " somewhat difficult " watchband. He earned my business interest at Kay Jewelers, Oakridge Mall.

NO STARS!!! I recommend NEVER buying from this location. Or even this corporation to begin with. mid October before Halloween I had my diamond ring taken in to have a diamond replaced. When going back 2 weeks later to pick up when I arrived to collect my property. The manager/employee proceeded to toss my ring out of the plastic bag on to the glass counter top. And then inspect it after she mishandled it. Too focused on the shine and polish of the ring she did not enspect each diamond throughly as I went home to only find another missing diamond. Had my ring about 2 hours before the corner prong was completely broken off with another missing diamond. I returned the next day and had the ring sent out for repair again. This time they did not keep the promise date. I went back after almost a month and when getting the ring back the exact diamond that was to be replaced on the corner was still loose and visibly moving. So fed up at this point being lied to and told managers have escalated the repair the ring was sent out a third time! Now after an additional 3 weeks of waiting with not 1 phone call ever from an employee updating me on the status of my ring. I show up in person to find out where my ring is and why no one is returning my calls. And they lost my ring. The explanation given by the manager was yeah it's lost. Wtf kind of service is this?!? Then when escalating to corporate, it's been 3 months without my ring. Thats my wedding ring my 18 year anniversary is about to happen February 12, they tell me the best they can do is replicate the ring but I am continuing to wait another 45+ days. From October to now Jan 4, 2022 they're telling me feb 18th is the soonest I'll have a replacemnt. The managers and employees at Oakridge mall are the most incompetent, rude, lazy, stupid people I've ever encountered! Coming into the mall in person just for an update because the manager won't call me back or answer when calling the store. I arrive and Damian is sitting laughing at the register on his cell phone across from Francisco the manager who is also doing nothing and completely f****** useless. Blanca who tossed my $10,000 ring on top the counter like a f****** hot potato. Armando and his lies that you got a manager involved and will update. Had anyone in this store done their f****** job and actually kept the promise dates on the repairs as they should my ring probably wouldn't have gotten lost!!! The fact that a jewelry store with diamonds and gold openly said to my face we shipped your ring and there is no signature required so anyone couldn't gotten your package when it was delivered/lost is complete b******** It's more than just the value of the jewelry. It's the meaning, memories, the sentimental value behind it. Giving me a replacement may be visually the same but it will never repair the damage I've dealt with after losing that ring...

I dropped off a chain to be repaired here under warranty. After a month of hearing nothing back, I had to call to get a status update, and apparently they lost the chain in shipping. I was told they were in the process of getting me a new chain. Now, almost FIVE MONTHS after they lost my jewelry, I still have heard absolutely nothing back from them about my lost item. I keep calling and getting told the same thing. Wtf??? I figured after a mistake like that, they would at least have the issue resolved promptly but it's just made it harder

I would give them negative stars if possible. My husband purchased some gold hoop earrings online for pick up in store. I went to pick them up decided I didn't like them and returned them. Or so I thought they were returned. I ended up purchasing different earrings with a different debit card. Almost a week later I asked my husband if he had received a refund for the original purchase he said no. Then he asked if I had received a receipt and realized the only receipt I had was for the new purchase I made and not the return item. I call the store to ask why I had not received a return receipt and why the online order status still said available for pick up and not returned or canceled. I spoke to a woman manager who's name i did not get, she said she could not help me and that I needed to call customer service. Didn't even last 10mins on the phone when she said call customer service, when my issue was with the store. I live a few hours away so I couldn't easily go in person otherwise I would've gone immediately . I called customer service and they said my transaction was canceled and I should receive a refund within 10 days. Almost a month later and no refund. I called customer service today, once again. I was told that my transaction was still pending at the store and that they never canceled or refunded my money. I explained to her the situation how I lived far and when I called the store I was told to call customer service and the previous representative said it was canceled. She apologized for such poor business customer service and wrong information I was given. She then had me go to a Kay near where I lived and I had a much better experience there. The manager actually did his job and helped me. He had to call this horrible place and then followed through with me via phone call because they could not give him an answer and he didn't want to have me waiting around. He then called me after he called customer service to verify that this place did their actual job. Then minutes later I get an email that they finally cancelled my damn order after almost a month!! Then I check the online order status and it no longer said ready for pick up. Jesus Christ !! It was a nightmare and run around to get my $300 back. Definitely do not recommend this place for any online orders especially if you are just in town for the weekend. Or at least make sure you get a return receipt and not expect them to be professional and do their job.
