They didn't have the paint I needed and that my contractor used. He said he had low inventory which I can understand. But at the same time, this is the only thing they sell...it's not like they carry thousands of different products.

Yesterday went in and was helped by Matt for a large order for a renovation I'm working on with #Enterprise Painting. Matt was very patient with us while we confirmed the color choices and paint codes that we had chosen for interior and exterior which involved different color for exterior alcove, interior accent walls, door, etc. So Matt was patient and respectful of our process of being careful on that large of an order. He gave us his opinion (validated it) on our choice of exterior and my painter's choice for the type of cabinet paint (Durapoxy has two kinds). He loaded it for us. I appreciated his professionalism and wanted to give him and that location a shout out for great customer service.

Wow I had the best experience with Matt! He's so great. I really appreciated all his patience and help with picking out colors for my Pilates studio. The other staff member Tony was also very nice and the assistant manager was very supportive to his staff! My only complaint is how hot it was in the store! Their air conditioning isn't working, management & ownership should really take better care of their employees and their health!Would have given 5 stars if the AC was working!

They did match custom colored wall paint perfectly. Wasted money in Home Depot but these guys did a great job. Highly recommend.

Not so friendly. They had no sanitizer right next to cash register. After finishing paying and using their credit card pen to sign, I reached out to almost empty bottle of sanitizer right behind the register, and I was told people usually ask before grabbing their sanitizer and that their is sanitizer at the entrance to the store. I'm shocked.

A different Kelly-Moore made an error in mixing the paint color we wanted. (It happens). Mark at the Camden store fixed it with new gallons of the right color. No muss, no fuss, just great service; and great paint.

Absolutely rude front staff shutting me down, throwing receipts and slamming paint buckets just because I asked for some clarity on discounts. Maybe the employee was having a bad day but that’s no way to disrespect your customers.

Only one employee in the whole store, I can feel his frustration. not coming back!
