Instead of getting your order right, they just give you whatever chicken is ready. It's awful that the KFC nearest to me has the laziest staff that doesn't care.

I have been going to this particular KFC since I was around 8 years old. Lately, it’s been kept clean. The tables and decor are simple, but clean. With plenty of room and always seem to have available tables.The food was actual, fresh, hot and tasty.The service on the other hand was a whole different story. It was just my husband and I, so our order was simple. Two of the #8’s, one with dark meat and one with white meat. The cashier didn’t know English very well and we don’t speak Spanish, so a bit of back and forth. When we picked up the order we asked for our cups, forks and napkins. He ignored us for a few minutes, then said, “what do you need”. When we told him he said your order doesn’t come with cups. A nice gentleman behind us handed us a coupon as we were paying. So cashier said, bc we used the coupon we didn’t get drinks. We said, oh ok can we please have cups for water, utensils & napkins. He wasn’t very happy he had to give us two small cups. He walked away before handing us utensils and napkins. He ignored us again. Another 2 workers walked by and we said, oh excuse us. They ignored us. One more employee walked by, and we asked again, can we please have 2 forks and napkins, she tossed 2 plastic forks on the counter and stormed away. My husband noticed napkins by the drinks (it only had a few) so we took a few and sat down to eat. When we opened our meals, they were both white meat. I didn’t mind since that’s what I ordered. But, bc my husband has a hard time swallowing white meat, he always orders dark meat. That’s why he specifically ordered dark. My husband went back to the same guy and the guy stormed over to our table to look for himself. He said that’s what we ordered. We know what we ordered bc, well that’s our usual order. He said, and that is dark meat. My husband showed him it was a white piece of breast. He didn’t agree. So he walked away. My husband said, I want to talk to the manager. Another man came out and the whole story was again told. He said, his employee said that’s what we ordered. After going back and forth for way longer than desired, my husband was given 2 pieces of dark meat. Funny but not.I suggested to the manager to better train her employees, to listen to have better attitudes, to treat customers with a little more respect and at least greet with a smile. I explained, times are tough these days and when someone goes out to eat, last thing they want to deal with is a snobbish employee. I believe customers should also be kind as well. I never raised my voice and treated them all kind. Just gave a little advice to the young manager, they can take it or leave it.Happy New Year staff at KFC on Aborn Rd in San Jose CA. Cashier charged me twice and I called in to discharge with store. which is faster and convenience, but manager is Not doing her job. First she said "Find a receipt and get me the ticket #" When I called in she said "It is in pending transaction...." I felt she doesn't want to help on my case for sure and trying to delaying on my case to be forget.At least she should of write down my info and ticket# to check later or so...Worst KFC service I ever had...

Popeyes or KFC ?I think Popeyes is more crispy than KFC and more flavorful . But for side dish , KFC is better !This is evergreen location , clean .

The quality of service here is POOR. Every time I come in, I always get the same guy with the acne on his face, a tattoo on one of his forearms, and pretty b*tch eyebrows. Went in today to pick up my food which I thought was gonna be ready by the time I got there but it wasn't (which I understand since it was a lot of chicken). Told the said guy my name for the order and I thought he was gonna go get it but all he did was open and close an oven and got another customer's order to give to them. THATS IT! MF couldn't even tell me that it was gonna take a little longer. Communication is key to AVOID angry customers, my boy. So my food was finally ready but no one was at the register. Waited and then I see acne boy but the MF walked right passed me with no eye contact. The f*ck is that? Waited again, he finally sees me, and asks if I was waiting for something. I tell the mothafucker I want my order and then he finally gives it to me. Service is TRASH and goofy! Do better or quit customer service.

This is the worst. I will no longer go to this place as there are now other options. I will no longer buy overpriced chicken in a place that makes you wait 40 minutes for it with no regard to the customer. I am really surprised this place is still in business. Good luck. To the managers and owners. It's not even busy

The clerk at the counter on 5/1 around 5:00pm was not happy to take order from the customer. Never say hello or thank you and with an angry face.Some things was bothering him. I am not sure he is belonging there???Tim
