“We went there on the recommendation of a high end Los Gatos builder. He said he only used them on houses up to 3 million. The cabinets are all plywood boxes, no particle board. The drawers are dove tailed and all have soft close drawers and doors. Their prices were simply stunning. We ordered a complete kitchen and bathroom cabinets. It included granite counters and we bought the under mount sinks from them. We waiting 3 weeks for the installers. They showed up on Thursday at 7.00 am. They did the complete demo. And then they started the building. Their craftsman ship was top notch. They were real pros. They were perfect. On Friday they completed the cabinet install and then they started on the counters. By 8.00 pm Friday, they were done. Stunning!!!! They cleaned up, didn't make a mess and worked so hard. These guys like to eat, which means they have no problem working hard. If you want to waited on hand and foot, this place ain't for you. If you know what you want - this is the place for you. It is obvious they aren't a 100-200k kitchen service kind of place. Considering my entire job was 5-10% of a 200k kitchen, I don't care.”

“I decided to install a new kitchen main faucet, under-sink 3-stage water filter with dedicated drinking water faucet. The filter is connected to a tee off the cold water input. All components ordered separately so I was facing the difficult task of finding the correct hoses and fittings to connect everything together. I knew if I went to Home Depot or Lowe's I would not get expert advise, so I drove to Ferguson Plumbing and Supply with a diagram I drew. It was a good decision, I was helped immediately in a friendly manner and within a few minutes all the correct lines and fittings were selected for me. Everything was correct and the project was completed with no issues. I am very happy with my experience and would highly recommend Ferguson to anyone planning a DIY plumbing project, they have a comprehensive selection of fittings and tools with expert salespeople.”

“We started our kitchen project visiting a lot of local cabinetry stores. We found Lusso offered very good price for the same brand comparing with other stores. While working with Lusso, we changed our minds a lot. A big shoutout to Jinwen who was very patient with us and tirelessly modifying the designs so we could compare our options. Once we installed the cabinets, there were a few cabinet doors which did not match the overall aesthetic. Lusso was able to replace those doors at no extra cost. Would recommend for their good price and exceptional service.”

“I had a great experience here. We ordered quite a few Mexican tiles. I looked high and low online for the tiles, and everyone had a 6 to 12 week lead time. I ordered all the tiles I wanted at Tile Depot, and they showed up in three days. Some of the tiles I ordered did not line up with each other when we tried to repeat the pattern. They exchanged them without any fuss and even did a rush order so we could get them installed. Customer service without outstanding. I’ll be ordering from them again.”

“We hired Betty and her team at Urban Interior Design to renovate 2 bathrooms in our townhome in August and we could not be happier with the completed project.We had actually used Urban Interior Design to update our kitchen 10 years ago and when it came time for the bathroom renovation, we reached out to Betty again. Of course, we did our due diligence and received estimates from two other companies. The pricing proposal we received from Urban Interior Design was very reasonable and within the scope of our budget. We were comfortable with Betty's suggestions and advice for colors and materials. Furthermore, Betty confirmed she would be able to meet our requested timeline for the project. We were hosting an event at our residence in early September, and we would also have house guests during this time, so the renovation would have to be completed by the end of August.The project was scheduled in July and the initial teardown started promptly in August. The entire project was completed in two weeks. Betty was quick to respond to text communication, and at the end of each day, we were made aware of the arrival time, scope of work and team that was scheduled to come in the following day. We selected vanities, vanity tops and sinks from the Urban Interior Design showroom, so were secure in knowing that these materials were in stock and available for our project. We were responsible for purchasing flooring, faucet fixtures, lighting, mirrors, cabinet knobs, and paint, and to ensure that these materials were available for Betty's team to install at each stage in the renovation. Betty's team arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up at the end of each day. We inspected the work at the end of each day, and other than a couple minor issues related to paint touch up (which were addressed promptly), we were very satisfied with all aspects of workmanship provided for our project. Thank you Betty!”
