I've been to a lot of gyms in my life but Jose's gym is probably my favorite gym I've ever belonged to. It's got every aspect a great gym needs. It's clean, every staff member is very friendly. The members are also very welcoming and friendly to anyone that walks in the door. It's got a diverse array of equipment from machines, free weights, cables, resistance bands, to all kinds of boot camp equipment. Jose and his staff do a great job of keeping it clean and tidy with very frequent deep cleanings. In addition to individual training, Jose and his staff offer great group training classes, or 1 on 1 personal training that is tailored to your individual goals and fitness needs. Jose is not only an excellent trainer and business owner but he is very motivating and always pushing you to be the best version of yourself you possibly can be !

KJD Fitness - Great equipment, so many machine to get a great workout. Jose makes you feel like family. Plus being open during covid because it's an outdoor facility. Also José takes you to new level with his 1 on 1 training.

Jose was my personal trainer from 2019 - 2020 & Im back with him again at KJD Fitness. This guy is very knowledgeable and a great honest coach with work outs & diets. Ive workouted at other gyms, but KJD Fitness by far has the friendliest staff that is very helpful with any workout. Plus all the equipment they have is top notch. They have 3 morning classes & 4 evening classes on the weekdays, & are open 7 days a week but specific hours on weekends. Im happy to know I brought my friends to KJD Fitness a year ago and they are still members working out over there. They got membership plans to fit your lifestyle. Check em out!
