I recently had a fantastic experience with KT Electronics while dealing with a stripped screw in my PS4 hard drive enclosure. From the moment I contacted them, their team was professional and knowledgeable. They understood the issue right away and assured me they could handle it.
When I brought in my enclosure, they quickly assessed the situation. Their expertise was evident as they carefully extracted the stripped screw without damaging the surrounding components. I was impressed with their attention to detail and efficiency.
Not only did they resolve the problem, but they also took the time to explain the process and offered tips on avoiding similar issues in the future. The customer service was top-notch, and the prices were reasonable.
Overall, I highly recommend KT Electronics for any electronic repair needs. Their skill and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart!

These guys are either liars or they really don’t know how to run a business. We took our laptop to them for replacing the charging port. They diagnosed it and charged us $50. On Tuesday, they said they can order the part and it will be here on Thursday. On Wednesday, they are saying they can order the parts for an extra $40 on top of the fix cost and it will be here in 3-5 days. They will try to get the most $$$ out of you in any case. We will dispute the fee they charged us for nothing because we can’t even use it towards a fix/repair.

KT Electronics displayed some of the worst and overpriced services I’ve ever received. For background, my PC has had issues with freezing randomly, so I wanted to see if KT could diagnose my PC and tell me whats wrong with them. I gave them a call and over the phone, I mentioned that I had a gaming PC that I wanted to get diagnosed. They quoted me $50 to diagnose a PC. When I got there, they told me that laptops are $50 and PC’s are $70 for diagnoses. This should have been my first red flag but I chalked it down to being an honest mistake. Before leaving my PC with them, I asked the associate if gaming PC’s were something they specialize in. Instead of being honest, he said yes. Come to find out, when I check their website, it says they specialize in screen replacements for Apple products. Stupidly, I paid the $70 and left my PC there for the diagnose. They then texted me and let me know that they “found the issue” and concluded that it was due to overheating. If you know even a little bit about computers, you would know that this is likely not the issue. If the issue was overheating, my PC would show a blue screen and reset on its own to prevent further overheating. My PC was experiencing freezes, not blue screens. The technician then told me that they went ahead and did the repairs for me, quoting me $90 for reapplying thermal paste, $30 for dusting and $50 for tune up, which ended up being virus scans. Again, if you even a little bit about PC’s, you would know that thermal paste is $10-$15 online, virus scanning is essentially free, and a can of air to dust your PC is probably $8. They severely overprice their services, and went ahead with the repairs without my permission. However, I was trying to be optimistic about the situation and I paid the fees and took the PC home. The PC still had the same issues and nothing was fixed, and on top of that, it was still dusty. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with their service, they tried to tell me that the issue lied within my SSD, and tried to sell me a new one for $160. I tested my SSD health and it was perfectly healthy. I asked if my initial payment would transfer over to this new purchase since they were unsuccessful and they said no. I called and asked to speak with the manager and they said he would give me a call the next day. 2 days later and no call. These people are essentially scammers and you’re literally better off asking a random stranger for help than these people, which is literally what happened to me. A random stranger that I met helped me resolve my issue and not the “professionals”. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Great microelectronics repair shop in the Bay Area, the only one who took on a custom microsoldering, microchip soldering job (they have a guy who specialized in that, ask for him). Repaired my car ECU to fix the misfire issue. Would definitely recommend it.

MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PHOTOS OF WHATEVER YOU'RE BRINGING IN TO GET REPAIRED BY THESE GUYS! I brought in my rare PS3 to be diagnosed and repaired by KT and paid the $30 for diagnosis. I get a call a month later that they can't fix it and I can go and pick it up. Upon picking it up, I noticed the faceplate missing and informed them about. They told me that it came like that... ok..he'll no! I'm 110% sure that the faceplate was on when I brought it in. Super dissapointed in the fact that they could've at least reimbursed me my $30. At least. Watch out for these guys, they might pull some shady stuff on you.

Communication incredibly poor, had a motherboard that he claimed was non functional, able to boot with no change, unsure if incompetent or just dosent care, would not reach out with any further form of communication.

I've been coming to KT Electronics for years. This is the spot to get fair pricing, great customer service, and same day repairs.
I got my iPhone 12Max fixed here. I needed the display, battery (swollen) and my case replaced within the hour. There is a taqueria next door which make it a good spot to get some amazing food while waiting for the repair to be completed.

Came here after looking for a repair shop to fix my cracked screen on my macbook. Service was spot on perfect. Estimated to have it fixed in 2 hours but managed to get it done in 30 minutes for me. Very good price for the time and effort put into the repair. Would come back in the future and would reccomend to anyone in need of a repair.

Took my ps5 here because it had a broken HDMI port and they fixed it within a day works perfectly now and Kt electronics has the best prices recommend coming here.
