I give it no stars if I could. This place is never open between 4 and 6 PM when the Google search says it's open till 8 PM.
I'll buy my Aveda product somewhere else.

Pricey but great service and staff is knowledgeable with hair and helping you style. Their website says basic hairstyling and hair cut is $65, I got an 1 1/2 inch trim they said I had to have my hair washed even though i came in with wet hair with and told them i just showered. They said theyll only put conditioner but let me know since I showered that no shampoo will be used but they are just following protocol. Got a nice head massage great service/hair advice. The total cost was $120. I told them their website says the haircut says $65 for basic hairstyling. They said the website was wrong, and I didn't push the matter by insisting they honor the website price so I paid the full price with a $20 coupon i found on their website. (They should've honored the website price, especially since on that same website they accepted the new client coupon)
Update: they changed their website so now it specifys that the $65 haircut is for Juniors/under 10 years of age. But they really should've honored the website pricing in my case.

Color matching was not good for tanned/brown skin. Maybe they don't have as much experience with tanned or olive skin? Eventually it was corrected, for which I added a star, but I did pay extra for correction as well. I wish they offered 2 tones of highlights for reasonable price, as many other salons do, as it can add much more depth to hair. Also I will call them but will get no response.

I love love love there! The girls are amazing! The scalp treatment really help with my hair grown plus I bought one serum to the scalp and wow I have even baby hair that is new. So happy! Plus I enjoyed the mills collagen and vitamins, worked a lot too me. Ambience is 100000 stars, the staff also 10000, and they know what they are doing with the your body and hair.

I have been here recently, people are really nice but the hair color was not done right, she left grey still showing on the temples did not get even closer to the color I wanted. So much for consultation. And it went away in 2 washes. She Kept saying that my hair are resistant to color, she seemed not great with blow dry as she was wondering why my hair was hard to dry straight. Anyway waste of lots of money.

Hair color: it is ok that she was not able to do match the color I wanted, but on my temples the gray still shows. On gray coverage, it is uncomfortable knowing I could have done a better job at home for much less money :(

I'm so fascinated with La Belle Vous!! My stylist Nancy is the Best. She cares of every details and I am always happy with her great work on my hair. Never disappointed with all the hairstylist there! Including Shelsy she's a great.

First time with this salon, since it moved into the location where I used to go before the pandemic. Nancy gave me a great cut and lowlights. She was friendly, listened well to what I wanted and also offered suggestions and information. Everyone there was friendly and kind, without trying to up-sell products or more services. I love this new haircut and will definitely go back. Thank you!

I been coming to la belle vous for several years then I stop taking care of hair but again I'm back, but since then my hair grow and it's healthy again I love Cindy and her team. To be honest I only trust Cindy to cut my hair after a bad experience in the pass. Thank you Cindy you are always there for me and work with my crazy schedule. See you soon before thanksgiving.

I've been coming to La Belle Vous for several years - always, always, worth it! I brought a hair colour recipie from a salon in Europe which Cindy has faithfully stuck to - her touch up colour is flawless to match how my red fades, without browning me out. Oh! and the only stylist in decades who knows how to cut curly hair and when - as in two weeks before any important do!! I highly recommend with no hesitation.
