I have gone here at least three times and every time my experience is absolutely awful. The lady at the counter is extremely rude and impatient with every single patient that comes up, at one time, they did not accept appointments, and today I needed one even though that same lady would not answer the phone when I called ahead. 0 stars but it forces me to select at least one. Avoid this place at all costs.

Zero star, rude receptionist. I am not going here next, if possible please avoid this place. Your day will be spoiled after talking to receptionist.

If there was a zero star option, it would be this place. Workers are extremely rude & have no patience whatsoever. People at the front desk treat you like a criminal. Please learn how to retrain your employees because they are incredibly disrespectful. Sad to see that people like this could work with people in the healthcare field. Do better.

Don’t recommend this place the receptionist is absolutely rude. She started talking to everyone pretty harshly that she is busy and doesn’t have time. Attention to owner - Please take care of the complaints.

Do not come here the reception sucks I went in to get a drug test for a job said my DL did not match my check in said “they were strict about it” bs went to the one in Salinas had no issue there DO NOT RECOMMEND this facility

I went to get a blood test. The person that drew my blood was nice and understanding, but the receptionist is another story. I had a 30 minute delay (scheduled an appointment in advanced) but she couldn't find my file in the system; not once apologetic or had no knowledge of the billing system when I asked regarding insurance coverage. Looking at the reviews here, that seems to confirm my experience.

They moved to a new location inside the regional medical center. The workers getting better in communication with patient. Waiting time is not so long

I had one of the worst experiences ever, i had visited san jose Labcorp twice now. They have really poor service and the reception people did not want to even talk . I had an appointment at 4 and the receptionist just handed a card mentioning the drug will be done only 8-3.30. This is second time and i have been full bladder both the times. They were super unprofessional.

Don’t come here if you need STAT labs. Second time trying to do STAT here. First time results were ready only the next day which is their normal turnaround time for these tests, clearly not STAT. Now it’s been more than 24 hours and still not ready despite it being STAT. What a joke. I also never get results of labs taken at this location in my portal. A few days ago I got an email that they finally released results of tests done 1(!) year ago. Results that neither me nor my provider got back then and had to redo with another lab. They didn’t forget to charge my insurance for them in time though. What a joke.
The only star is for their phlebotomist that always has to correct their receptionist errors and help people with self check in.

I made my appointment a week in advance cuz they were booked until then. I have no idea why. This facility is right next to a completely different medical facility with the exact same suite I was supposed to go to. When I got called, I teied asking them questions and they clearly didn't understand English well and THEY HUNG UP ON ME! I was not rude! Just confused on what was happening. Finally figured it out and they were closed, haha. I should have looked at the the reviews beforehand. Never had this much trouble before. Terrible terrible customer service. Not recommended. It's close by? Go somewhere else.

I came like 732 am for a walk in, sat there like 10 min until someone called me and toled me , walk in needs to come after 8am, i have to check in again and i was told to stay outside in the lobby, looking like there was only 3 people in the room, I not

Worst place to come. We came with my 5 month kid for my wife drug test for a job. She checked in (walk in) at 9 AM, while I was waiting with baby in parking lot. They said they will call after two person.
At 10, we got a text from Labcorp notifying us that technician is almost ready. My wife waited for almost another hour till ~11AM , before going to counter.
At that time, they are rudely stating you can come back another time with an appointment. On saying, we have 5 month old kid and he is cranky. and we waited for almost 2 hrs. She started commenting to her on personal front as you can’t not take up a job, if you can’t wait for 4-5 hrs.
This was really frustrating, and I went ahead to counter to understand what’s happening. After a unnecessary heated conversation, they finally gave us our slot.
Inside lab area, they were taunting my wife to not take up job while taking up test. Based on comments overheard by my wife during sample collection , It seemed they were just intentionally delaying it.
Very Rude, Unprofessional and Unethical.
