Love this location! I'm in and out every time without a hitch. I've had two different phlebotomists draw my blood, and both were able to find my tiny, thin vein on the first try—painless and fast. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

The worst experience ever today---waited for 40min to get called in. The window attendants are very rude to everyone. They seem they are not organized. Some patients get called in first even though they check-in after others. Just not felt welcome. Probably not coming here again.

Pros: easy to book appointments, almost no wait time with appointments.
Cons: sometimes the blood test is hard on your arms. 1 time both arms were bruised for over 1 week.

Was an easy process to make an appointment online. Had all the appropriate documents sent by my doctor and sent to lab corp. easy self check in process, waited 2 min, went back to draw blood, easy process and was in and out in 5 min. Was reading most of the 1 star reviews, seems to me people need to make sure and do everything correct on their end and they shouldn’t have problems. Do your part correctly and they’ll do theirs, simple.

The Iranian phlebotomist is highly skillful. He always finds my difficult veins with quickness and ease so everything is painless.

One of the tests on my medical exam came back inconclusive due to insufficient plasma being collected. I have been back to the location 3 times this week. I have WASTED 2 weeks because of unprofessional and incompetent staff. AND they wanted to charge me again.. because of a mistake on their end?. 🙃🙃🙃 Don’t come to the San Jose location. They’re trash. 🚮 also, they took the time to print this sheet and put it on their front desk. Their number is incorrect. Google is more accurate than the information provided by their own company/staff. This place is a joke 😂

This place was amazing and the staff was great. I don't understand why the reviews are bad. I went in at 7 AM for bloodwork. I got out at 7:15 AM. There was a ton of patients early but that is to be expected. Also, the outside looks scary but the inside is nice and clean. I highly recommend either going first thing in the morning or early afternoon.

The check in machine doesn’t seem to work a lot of the time. I saw many elder folks have a hard time with it and no one to help them. They waited for nothing. The front desk lady was very rude and couldn’t give accurate wait times. She kept telling everyone to take a seat to shut them up.
My recommendation is to have someone assist with the check in process. There should also be a system that can give accurate wait times to folks. The express check in should be demolished. It would be better for your business and for the customers most importantly. Try caring about the people first.

I have been to this location twice for two blood draws, both times with appointments made ahead of time. In both cases the staff were helpful and my blood draw was administered quickly. I'm satisfied with the services of this Labcorp location.

25min wait time with appointment, however the blood draw was painless and that is a big plus for me!!!! I would endure the wait time just to get this doctor again for blood draw !!!
