I hope to give zero. This place is small and dirty. What's outrageous is that the male nurse who drew my blood lacked skill. He caused me a lot of pain, and after he finished, blood gushed out in large drops, leaving my arm covered in blood. Absurdly, he even said, "Have you been taking any medication? I've never had a patient bleed so much." He actually suspected that my blood clotting function was poor to excuse his terrible technique. I told him, "I've had blood drawn many times elsewhere, and never has it been like today." Then he tightly wrapped my arm with a bandage, which was very painful. An hour after I got home, I removed it and found bruises and blood spots at the blood draw site. Rude, unprofessional - how did they even open this lab in the first place?

Do not go to this location. i had the worst service. check in lady was so rude & I cannot understand a word she said. Tech (older man tall- could be the owner, he was so rude) used the same glove when typing on computer at desk then went to take my blood work using the same gloves after he helped other patient. it looked like gloves were torn & re- used. Then it took him 5 minutes to look for my vein. He then proceeded without any caution and poked my nerves without cleaning my arm with alcohol wipes before poking. I shouted and then he pulled out the needle. He told me he will have his colleague do it. Then another lady came it & drew blood in my other arm w/o any issues. She then told me that was the nerve injury that he poked should take 2 weeks to heal. Up to now, I am still feeling numbness from that poke and have tingling sensation when opening & closing my hand.

Staff was very rude, no compassion and unhelpful.

staffs are very friendly and convenient .suggest more stringent aseptic technique in blood drawing such as cleaning skin more strictly rather than one time sweep and touching with gloved finger that was touching others on the skin before blood draw.

I walk in and stand in front of the reception lady, and she looks up from what she is doing and barks at me in a heavy Filipino accent to use the self check-in machine. This is a totally impersonal way to check in. I didn't like it one bit. When I'm done and take a seat, she barks at me, and I can't understand what she is saying because of her accent and the mask on her face. I stand up and get closer to understand what she's asking. She proceeds to ask me clarifying questions on what I already confirmed on the stupid check-in machine. I get annoyed and ask why I even bothered to use the stupid machine in the first place. The only reason I didn't give them 1 star is that the phlebotomist was actually good at his job. He had zero personality, but he did his job well. I'd choose another Labcorp location or another lab altogether. It was not what I would call a pleasant experience.

I was there first time. Everything is okay with this location. Unless you are there for your blood tests.I feel that needle was hurting my hand. And unfortunately I expected for a bruise after that, but not like this ?Looks like my vein was cut with a needle. I don’t know. But it’s first time when I have experience like this.

I saw many 1- star reviews and was worried. Turned out it’s great! The staff is friendly and the technician is very skilled. Made an appointment online. Check-in was easy. Waited for 10 minutes and get the lab work done in 3 minutes. Overall very positive experience.

This is is the worst pathology center in California. There are 2 oldies who are never able to stick to the schedule. They can make you wait for as long as an hour also. They even are very bad at using syringe, my arm pained a lot after visiting there. Those ladies are quite rude too.

The 1970's feel of this one is kinda nice You get some sun Or rain while your waiting! Cramped and almost no parking but otherwise I like this lab. I go to all of them Sadly, because I need blood work often! Look at my pic of Nordstroms right out the front door!

I took my two toddlers to get blood work done. My 4yo was so brave until they couldn’t find his vein and move the needle around!! he was crying so hard then they did the same thing to my 2yo ? no sample was collected just because 2 different people had no idea how to find a vein on toddlers ??? left with 2 crying kids and no courage to go to another labcorp location

I love this location, very fast and staff are so professional. I neeeever feel the needle. I have such small veins and it give them very hard time. But they work with me and spend so much time to make me feel comfortable and get the job done. I been going there for over 2 5 years. And always go back, almost every month :)

They severed my radial nerve after moving the needle around in my arm because they couldn’t “find the vein”. Then they proceeded to tell me it was my fault for moving; yeah no. I sat like a rock while the person drawing my blood was unfocused. I saw the skin pull up because not only did he use the larger needle instead of the butterfly; he scooped around to “find it”. Ugh.That was about a year ago and my arm has never been the same; it still goes numb from time to time.

I came in with a time-sensitive lab order that required a specific type of kit that is currently on back order. My lab order clearly stated that my blood should be drawn, and Labcorp should call a listed number to receive an overnight shipping label to send my blood to the appropriate place. After being told to wait for 30 minutes for the "manager" to get back from lunch, he very rudely told me the kit was something I needed to have brought in myself. I specifically asked if my blood could be drawn/shipped and pointed to the directions on the bottom of my lab order, and he again very rudely said I wasn't understanding and that I needed to leave because they were closing. I reached out to my doctor and they confirmed that my blood should have been drawn and shipped. This Lapcorp location can't follow simple directions, is rude to their patients, and has now messed up the timing of a very important procedure I have coming up. Will not be coming back to this location.
