I recently had my blood drawn at the clinic, and I just had to share my experience with a fantastic phlebotomist named Tien. From the moment I arrived, her warm demeanor immediately put me at ease, which is especially important when you’re about to get a needle!
Tien's attention to detail was impressive. She took a moment to explain the whole process, step by step, which I really appreciated. It's nice to know what to expect, especially if you're feeling a bit anxious about getting blood drawn. She answered all my questions patiently, and her calm attitude really helped to ease my nerves.
The cleanliness of the area was another big plus. Tien made sure everything was sterile and organized. Watching her prepare the supplies with such care reassured me that my health was in good hands. It's clear she takes pride in her work, and that made me feel much more comfortable.
Overall, my experience with Tien was excellent, and I can confidently say that I will be returning to this location for any future blood work. Her combination of friendly service, attention to detail, and professionalism truly made a difference. If you ever need to get blood drawn, I highly recommend seeking her out!

The phlebotomists at this location are wonderful. They are extremely good at their jobs, of course. Beyond that, though, they are kind, friendly, and thorough. I have been using this office specifically even though it isn't the closest one to my home and insurance gives me options - it's worth the trip! Also, if the staff read this: thank you for taking care of me and your compassion. I hope LabCorp corporate recognizes you for your work.

I have bad anxiety (crying/passing out) over getting my blood drawn and I had the most incredible experience with this location. My veins are hard to find which makes the anxiety worse but the staff were kind, gentle, quick and it was almost painless. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location. Thank you for your help ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I've been coming here for years for myself and my children. Fast service without an appointment. Tien and her male colleague (I don't know his name) have great customer service. When they take vacation and other staff come to fill in..I wait for their return. That's good fast and efficient this works is.

Today, I went to the lab for last-minute tests my doctor ordered. When I arrived at 12:15, they told me to come back at 1:30 because it was their lunch time. Since I was the only patient and lived 20 minutes away, I requested if they could draw my blood early.Even though the lady nurse eventually drew my blood, she was very rude (showing faces and asking unnecessary questions like how far is my place that I couldn't go back) to me throughout. Despite getting the blood drawn, I felt upset, and I wouldn't recommend this lab to others. It was my worst lab visit ever.Please don't do this to any patients ever in the future. You have no idea about their struggle

This Labcorp is great. I’m afraid of needles since I was little. I hate blood draw all the time. I checked a lot of Labcorp before I came here. This place is really awesome! He was professional, gentle and friendly. It didn’t hurt at all! This is the first time I feel not hurt. If you need find a Labcorp, this is a great place.

My experience at labcorp was very greatI went in for an appointment 08/24/23 for a paternity dna test. And the process was very quick I was in and out less than 30 mins .I'm just waiting on my dna test results I hope I receive them as soon as possible so I can elevate my parental status in court.

Be sure to schedule an appointment. I had an appointment and was seen on time although there were about 20 people waiting. The tech told me wait times for walk ins are at least 1 hr.The location and facility is a little cramped, worn, and dingy. But once you're in the lab portion it's standard.
