Good for Indian groceries. Prices are high compared with other Indian places. Happy to see management trying to keep this place and improve always.

Overpriced. Nothing has price tags. 50% more expensive than any other Indian bazar. Their fresh samosa's are $1.99 each with other stores being $0.99. Their fresh gulab jamun was $14.99 for only about 10. When I called they hung up on me when I asked for the price of samosa. Every time I asked the price of an item the lady at the cashier said a random number. My receipt with tax if I paid card was 15% that's not even the legal tax rate and she even rounded at a random number so I was obligated to pay cash. Never coming back.

I had a wonderful experience at Lakshmi Bazaar during a recent electricity outage. Despite the lack of electronic transaction processing, they went above and beyond to ensure customers could still make purchases. They allowed us to buy our desired products by simply writing down our name, phone number, and the items we selected, placing trust in customers to settle up later. My daughter and I were craving Indian food, and their generosity was truly heartwarming and much appreciated. Kudos to Lakshmi Bazaar for their exceptional service during challenging times!

Our family has been customers of this establishment for almost 20 years. Owner is a wonderful and ethical human-- always looks out for his customers. Store is very clean, organized, and well stocked. Quick in and out. Great kitchen and amazing food - sweets and sabzi's. We've also used them for catering many times over the years and had great experience. Mixed experiences with front counter customer service. Overall a local favorite, get their dhokla, samosa, and chaa

Their jalebi is really bad. It’s made with oil and you can taste the oil. I don’t recommend their jalebi.

This grocery store is sooooo bad.Expired items on the shelves, produce swarmed with flies, bugs found in the leafy vegetables, just nauseating, please go elsewhere.

Due to recent rice ban from India, the sign at Laxmi Bazaar says "Only 1 bag of rice with $60 worth of grocery". Does laxmi Bazaar knows what ethical and fair practice means?

To Sagar Pathak. There is another store Bharat Bazaar on Lawrence and Reed. I have not read the reviews but they have prepared foods and are an indian grocery store too.

I’m from fremont, just visited this place. Bought only. Very neat and clean. Items well organized some items doesn’t have price info on the stall. Vegetables and spinach are fresh. They sell prepared snacks, food gravy. Felt little pricey than fremont shops.

I really hope this store is bought out by someone else with better customer service standards. We bought drumstick leaves from them that were spoilt and had fungus on them. Called them immediately to see if they would exchange it, but they refused to do so even though we called them early the very next day. While trying to reason out with the person on the other end of the line, he simply chose to hang up on me. I really hope we get a better store to serve the West San Jose/Campbell/Saratoga area.

Purchased yesterday night , bread is full of fungus. Also the cashier charged me thrice for an item and I happened to catch it since the bill amount seemed crazy high for a small shopping list. Not the first time either of this has happened. Also after COVID their already high prices are even higher, it’s almost price gouging if you compare it to the other Indian stores in the area. Recommend we drive the extra mile to Cash annd Carry or Madras Groceries and other places that care about quality and customer service.
