I left a message and got a call back in an hour about my broken HP laserjet printer. Unfortunately, it will cost more to fix my printer than to just buy a new one, but I really appreciated the honest and quick feedback. I would definitely call again for printer repair.

Garret with Laser Express did a really good job and before he showed up he called to let us know he was on his way. He came to our office and cleaned out two of our printers. He detected that we needed a part for one of the printers. He quoted us a price for the part and gave us an ETA as to when he was going to come out to put the part in. Garrett came out to our business this morning and worked on our old copier. We thought maybe this copier needed to be replaced. Garrett worked his magic on the machine, and it is back up and running, printing clear and clean copies. We are thrilled! Garrett came to our home today Aug 1, 2018, and serviced our HP Color LaserJet printer. Outstanding service. He is prompt, friendly, professional and has years of experience on a wide variety of equipment. He came with the needed parts based upon our call for service. He cleaned and repaired the printer to perfect working condition. Excellent value. He charged the price he quoted on the phone plus the cost of parts even though his careful service took a bit longer than expected. He knew how to take the unit completely apart and fish the wire harness correctly for the new installed part. I will definitely use his service again and strongly recommend his service to others. Excellent results, very satisfied!

I also had a very helpful and pleasant experience with Garrett. I sort of picked him out of the blue out of an on line search (mostly because he was close by) to help me with a repair on my home printer. Based on his advice I decided to go ahead and get a new one. Being a single retired woman (he didn't know that) I was clueless how to get rid of the old printer. He gave me a way to get rid of it that did not cost me anything other than a short drive. I so appreciated that. I would definitely recommend him, and should I need a repair again, will call again

Had a great call with Garrett - who gave me a quick quote on two older HP printers that were end-of-life that we use in our small business. Super responsive and customer friendly. We decided not to repair them based on his advice - and to purchase new. But he was totally open and honest about the price, time to fix and alternatives. Hope I don't need him, but I'll be back in the future for inevitable printer issues. He built great cred with his advice.
