I don't know where to start i have never experienced such amazing customer service in my life! Elena is so amazing i wish i could do more than just write a review on yelp! I had an appointment with her and even though she was sick at home she came all the way to her office just for me to help me out. She spent 2 hours on me for free and didn't even charge me she genuinely cared about my case. when i pay 200 dollars for consultations the lawyers barely see me for 20 minutes i was so shocked! I saw 5 different lawyers before her for my tax audit. Elena was the one with the most knowledge and experience and she thinks outside the box, takes her time and even does research on the spot. Other lawyers gave me false info and when i questioned her information she backed it up right away by printing from IRS's website and highlighted the things she had just said. She calculated my numbers, printed out new tax laws, gave me forms i may need in the future and even told me i can do the audit myself so i wouldn't have to pay her and she would answer any questions i had. She even told me she's going to vacation and to message her when i get a letter of response so she could help me with any questions. I still don't believe someone like her exists. I am so grateful i went to her she is just amazing and one of a kind i love her!

Elena is great. I inquired about the price and she got to me in a timely manner. I was missing a lot of paperwork and etc, she was able to help me fix my 2015 and 2016 taxes. She's very thorough and tells you what she thinks and would make recommendations. I'm glad I found her! She's so organized and amazing.

I have been utilizing Laura Rose's EA tax services for over ten years. Laura is meticulous, organized and patient. She always looks out for the best interest for you. I moved out of the area and I only trust Laura to take care of my taxes. I highly recommend Laura Rose as your tax expert.

I just received my tax items from Elena today and I am thoroughly happy with how much she did for me. This was my third appointment with her today and she has been helpful/informative each time in preparation for this tax season (as well as advice she has given me to consider for the future). I am much happier switching over to her rather than having to worry about going to another firm where I would be over-charged and my folder would get passed around by different people who didn't know me. She is also very prompt and responsive to e-mails and such. And of course, unlike the previous firm I was able to not have to worry about the taxes not being done on time either, so her work is much more prompt as well.

Elena is amazing! I had too file 2016 & 2017 and even amending 2015. She took her time, explained options. If you are looking for someone but are skeptical.....have no fear ELENA is here.... this is not a paid review! However my peace of mind is important to me.

i can positively say The Best Taxe Preperation service in San Jose are.I hade serious issue with IRS because of my previous bussines.I was looking a help to slove my problem.i talk to the HR Block and other CPA.But after i talk to them did not feel that they can help me.Then my friend reccomended Elena for me.She helped me a lot to solve the my taxe issue.i 100% reccomend her.she is very knowledgeable ,patient and she works hard on you case.that is what i realy like.Thanks for great help Elena
