Ethnic grocery store with everything one needs for Vietnamese meal. It has a pretty well stocked deli section for togo food. The seafood is fresh. The freezer contains specialty foods. The shelves stock all the sauces for pho and etc.

The black security guy is super rude. We loaded our groceries and from far away we heard him "heying " and thought he was shouting at someone until he got closer and started asking me if my husband is deaf. I told him, "No, he's not deaf." He proceeded to say "Does he not speak English?" I told him , " You weren't speaking English to us. You were shouting and heying randomly across the parking lot." He took the shopping cart and when we pulled out of the parking, he decided to come at us, knocking on our window like a mad man. This is unacceptable for a "security " guard. It makes me wonder where his manners are. I called the store to report the incident but they just let the phone ring and ring. Horrible business!

4 to round up because staff were working tirelessly to keep up w/ the Lunar New Year activities. Lines were long, the customers were impatient and angry, and the aisles were cramped. Two people w/ carts cannot fit in an aisle. The parking lot is horrendous, but the gentleman responsible for bringing the carts in and turning away people carrying a backpack was professional and very sweet. I forgot to buy keo theo leo for Ong Tao. I also had to buy everything on my list as I invited my family over for pre-Tet dinner the next day. I came around 9 and it was already a madhouse. Plenty of goods for tet.. I was surprised to see the small banh chung available. I even bought a large pot of chrysanthemums to ring in the new year. I would not return to this place because it's so cramped, but service was great. I was surprised to see disgruntled customers. I did not want to wait in line for more than 20 minutes myself but it's the new year, so I refrained from acting out my impatience and frustrations. It was raining and I even pushed the cart to the store instead of leaving it unattended in the parking lot.

Products are a vast amount of Viet choices. Literally 2 aisles of different noodles. Bathroom or area to bathroom not the cleanest, so don't go expecting to use it. Semi nice but needs better choices or a revamped interior design on looks. I wouldn't rate high for looks, but a large abundance of viet food at somewhat a reasonable price.

6ft tall Durag wearing employee or some private security guard? Gets easily upset when he's asked a question. Repeatedly tried to leave conversation and he follows up with these sarcastic nonhelpful answers. Better suited hiring someone else than keep that guy on the floor with customers

Horrible and ill mannered staff! The dude outside was a complete imbecile who didn't know how to shut his mouth. He just kept yapping and yapping and was picking fights with people. They should train their staff better. Need to zip it. Shhhh. What a douche. Cashier lady also glared at me, what a riot! Anyways, my banh bộ was not yummy, it upset my stomach. I don't think it was fresh at all. Bad experience, 0/10 would not come back. My mother in law makes better better food. SMH! NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!!!!!

I have a love/hate relationship with Lee’s Supermarket. On one hand, the store is newer and cleaner with decent prices compared to other nearby Asian supermarkets. On the other hand, the customer service is very hit or miss with the cashiers and the guys in the meat/seafood department. I’ve also witnessed the manager/boss?/owner? yelling and berating the employees in front of customers which is super unprofessional. Parking also sucks. If you are willing to look past that and just need to do a quick Asian supermarket run then this place is fine.

one star for the big color guy at the front door. while the guy clean the ground at entry door, he pulled the cart out, he needed to yield for the baby or even for the client to entry first, but BIG NO, he yelled out " move on the side" and keeped moved the cart straight. I told him you should be yield for the kids, and he said move on the side and go another side, and keep arguments. SO RUDE! Bad Employee Service!!!

Lee's Supermarket on Senter Road in San Jose is a hidden gem for savvy shoppers. They cater to your needs with competitive prices, like the budget-friendly Korean ribs, a steal at just 1/3 of the typical Korean store price. The beef tenderloins offer incredible savings at half the cost of Costco. Plus, the added convenience of sandwiches available in-store, where everything is a deal with their buy 3 get 1 free offer. Lee's is a smart choice for both quality and affordability.
