Today was my first time coming into LensCrafters I had an amazing experience. Great customer service I was able to use my insurance with them and they even gave me a discount to my copay. They even helped me fix my glasses that were bent and the screw was loose. I walked away feeling welcomed and happy I was able to order my contacts and fix my glasses. Definitely will recommend. ?

The screw came off my glasses. I popped in, and the lady fixied both screws in 2 minutes without any charge. Excellent service. Thank you.

I was treated badly today by a male employee there who seemed like a manager. I felt insulted and hurt. I was the only customer there. And I was asking for a receipt. The Lenscrafters employee kept warning me in a condescending tone to stand back because I was holding my baby and the baby touched some stuff. I did stand back several times also said I was sorry. But there was a big acrylic between me and the Lenscrafters staff, I could not hear what he was talking clearly, subconsciously I moved forward several times when he was talking to me. He kept using words like: I've told you...; I've said...He also asked me to put down my baby. I tried, but there were some bottles my baby may have reached so I picked him up again. The Lenscrafter staff then asked me to put the baby on a chair. I looked around, there was no safer place either. He then said I shouldn't let the baby to sit alone. Finally, I asked him if I can sit in a chair. he agreed. He had been holding his tablet all the time!!! He could have move around. If he really truly concerned my baby's safety and I - a loyal customer, he could have just invited us to sit on a chair in the first place instead of keep asking me what to do like I was an idiot! There was no other customers! All of chairs were available. I was there for less than 10 minutes, he commanded me around 10 times! All I did was keeping calm and polite.I have been a loyal customer for a decade. I was very shocked, disappointed and hurt. I had been very thoughtful and considerate. I knew that asking for a receipt wouln't help Lenscrafters to generate revenue, so I avoided the busy hours. It is my right to ask for a receipt anyway. I was doing my part to be a good customer, but I was not treated the way I deserved.

Alex and Camilo helped me a lot with adjusting my glasses for my nose piece and they adjusted it in a way where it sits really comfortably on my nose and without leaving any marks. I really like that they show genuine care to the customers and making sure they are comfortable. They went above and beyond for me today.

Processes are poor. They make you fill the same information again and again for each appointment though they have you as a customer in their database. Rude folks on the phone, at the front desk, who do not care for their customers.
