We've been going to Liberty Tax on Almaden Expressway for over 10 years now. Great place to perform tax return. Staff are very pleasant, courteous, always ready to respond to all my questions. They are very patient, they tell me what papers are missing. It's great to be serviced by the same company over the years because they keep track of medical expenses, mortgage expenses, mortgagee, interests paid, property taxes. Highly recommend using their service. They are the best!

Fast, easy tax prep. Juan has done my taxes the last two years. I made more income last year but paid less taxes than the previous year. He's great and I highly recommend Liberty Tax.

Juan was excellent! The minute I entered the office I felt welcomed and at ease. We enjoyed light conversation as Juan worked on my tax preparations . Every person I had interactions with was professional, polite, and efficient.I discovered Liberty Tax by searching on the internet. When I called to make an appointment the staff member was extremely helpful. We exchanged some information so I could get a quote. Which I must say was quite reasonable.Tax preparation isn't a pleasant experience, but the professionalism and cheery atmosphere at Liberty Tax made it stress free. I highly recommend Liberty Tax !

Great customer service. I called and explained what I needed to do for my taxes, and they scheduled me at the end of the day so they could spend as much time with me as needed. JJ helped me and explained everything very well. He made sure I understood everything he was doing before we would move on to each next step. Best experience I have had when getting my taxes done.

My visit to Liberty was very comforting since the last place I went to was a nightmare for me. Juan, was very professional very cordial he explained everything to me as to how Liberty does their business.Gave me a timeline as to when my taxes would be ready, told me ahead the amount I would have to pay and when he saw my paperwork he instantly new which ones he needed. The last tax man was a fumbling mess. Am very pleased and would recommend Liberty to my friends.

Great service! I walked in and did not have to wait long for my appointment. JJ helped me out and it was a smooth process and reviewed everything with me. If you are thinking of making an appointment to do your taxes, definitely recommend this location.

This is an updated review. Last time I gave them 5 stars and that remains the same. I have been coming here for years and the process is quick, efficient and customer service oriented. As a busy professional, I don't have the time to worry about filling taxes and I truly appreciate Jose's exceptional year afte year help with my taxes. They save me time, are efficient and I highly recommend their services. Always friendly and efficient.

Overall had a great experience! JJ helped me he was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I can understand, you can tell he knew exactly what he was doing. First time doing my taxes at Liberty and with JJ definitely won’t be my last I plan to continue doing my taxes here from now on thanks a lot JJ and team!!
