Over $4,000 loss from my account due to credit card skimming. I was told there is an active investigation on store and management. Management has knowledge and getting payouts for allowing skimmers. They send the info to new york and new jersey to wipe out funds from your account. It happened to me, you have been warned.

A No-frills Asian supermarket along Saratoga Ave. They have a good selection of most things that one would look for and come to expect in an Asian supermarket. Their produce and meat section looks particularly stocked. One thing that's very apparent is the decor and overall look of the market which looks like it's stuck in the '90s. It's great to have an Asian market in this location though. Don't hesitate to stop by.

The price was ok depending on the items. The store has no varieties Asian groceries. I was disappointed with some of the products for their freshness. I'd recommend comparing prices and quality before purchasing.

Located at the corners of HWY-280 and Saratoga, it's easily accessible via the highway or local streets from Santa Clara, Sunnyvale or Cupertino. It's a Vietnamese Chinese run Asian grocery chain resembling Ranch 99 or Marina Market. They got lots of fresh produce, including Taiwanese bok choi (台灣白菜), or A choi (A菜), Chinese Broccoli (芥蘭),they also carry Japanese items from Mirin to Wasabi paste to Katsuo Dashi, etc. In the back, they got a great selection of seafoods, meats (beef, pork, chicken, etc). BUT, like Costco having their money-losing Rotisserie Chicken to draw customers in, THE absolutely best buy that keeps bringing me back to this store is their ??? SHRIMP ? ?? for $3.99/lb, and we're not talking about the small ones, these are the 21-25 with heads on, perfect for Salt & Pepper Shrimps!I also like their sauce aisle, which carries from soya sauce, hoisin sauce, to hot chilli oil/sauce, pretty much anything you'd need for Asian cooking can be found here. One drawback is the service is not the best, cashiers typically don't smile as most speak very little English so they tend to shy away from customer interactions. But then again, ???$3.99/lb? I don't really care?????

A pretty well-stocked Chinese supermarket in the area. Out of all the non-99 Ranch supermarkets, I would say it is probably the most similar to 99 Ranch in terms of product variety, pricing, and frequency of sales, though maybe a little bit cheaper on average. Checkout is a little weird, in that shopping carts don't fit in the area where you stand so you have to slide the cart behind the cashier. No Amex or contactless payment.

I have been to lion market for 20 years until now.. I have bought 7 items in the store, after I got to my car, I realized they charge 8 items. I went back and talk to the cashier. she denied it and mention as long we get out of the store. nothing they can do. they double charged 2 garlic and cost 1.99 only...but they lost a long time customer. WATCH YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE GETTING OUT OF THE STORE

If 0 star can be choose, I will grade it as 0 star. I called this market to ask the whether the things I want to purchase is available. The lady who picked up the call is soooooo rude and impolite. She did not even listen and repeated "I don't know" several times and then she hang out the call when I did not finish. I've never seen such rude people before. I hope others can say the same thing to her later and let her to suffer this and know this experience.

Terrible supermarket experience:higher prices compared to other stores, and abysmal service.

First of all, the vegetables aren't fresh. Second, every single aisle is such a squishy place. If you're claustrophobic, pay attention: literally, every thing is squishy squishy. Last time I went there, I was totally jammed in there! The vegetable aisle is very small, and you don't even have a variety. I'd rather go to the lion market on Tully Road in San Jose, or the 99 Ranch market on Fremont Boulevard in Fremont. The worst part is that when you are at the checkout aisle, there's a literal bar on the right side squishing me. When I was at the checkout bar, I was completely squished! Listen, if I was about 80 years old today, there would be no way I can fit through this without getting a trouble breathing. Then I would probably die there It's just such a pain to go there. I am not going back there again!! Unless, of course they did refurbishment.

Do Not buy electronics from Lion Market! They have the worst return policy on the planet. They told me that if I find my water boiler defective immediately after purpose, I can return it. After I got home, first thing I notice is that the lid does not close properly.. the 2nd thing was the unlock indicator would occasionally not work - I had to cut off the power supply to correct it.. so within 24 hours, I requested a return.. The store tried at great length to prevent the return: one lady came over pouring some bottled water and start cooking and telling me: you see it is working.. for the lid, she applied extra effort to close it and told me I was not doing it correctly (I have been using water boiler for 20 years..). As to the indicator, she says 'it's working now'.. I was like 'that is not what I need' -- I need it to work all the time :-) after 20 minutes of arguing, they said we can give you a replacement.. I was like hell no, no one in their right mind would go through this drama again.. I just wanted my money back, they said no.. so eventually I had to buy $60 of grocery instead to settle this mess.. beware, the electronics here are cheaper, but not worth the hassle!

vegetables there are always fresh but not the meat. I got chicken there, and never again, we all got sick ? .Employees don't know we're the things. If you are looking for something in specific, just look around yourself .

I like this market because they have so many different kinds of fresh vegetables. Many can't be found at the regular super markets. Try it out and try to cook with these veggies. It's very healthy.

My go to asian store since it's conveniently located near my house. They have a variety of options. You can have your fish cooked here! Seafood and produce are as fresh as it gets. They don't have apple pay. Ample parking.

The weather lately in Bay Area has been so unprecedented. In such cold rainy weather, I wanted to have some nice Tom kha soup.. instead of waiting for Uber delivery which would bring the soup cold, I thought of making it at home but the struggle with finding the ingredients needed is real. I went to couple of Asian stores and I could find lemongrass but not galangal which is a must for authentic Thai Tom kha soup taste and No, ginger is not even close to galangal so don't try to substitute ginger for it... after no luck, I tried to yelp and find other Asian stores close to me and found this store... instead of driving there and getting disappointment for not finding the ingredients, i called the store and asked them if they have galangal and to my surprise, the lady who picked up the phone asked me to hold for a minute and went and checked if they have in stock.. she told me that they have a little bit so went right away and picked some... I noticed they had so much of fresh produce and the prices were reasonable too.. they also have a fresh meat and sea food section in the back.. would be going back for my grocery shopping
