I just want to give a shout out to Juan from Customer Service for his top notch level of care. I purchased some mulch, garden rocks, and a gift card. Once I got home, I couldn't find the gift card and panicked. I called and Juan not only went to look for it, but he checked camera footage. I didn't expect all that and he didn't have to go out of his way, but all of this was so appreciated! I love coming to this Lowe's!

Lowe's has become my one-stop-shop for all my gardening needs. I recently revamped my garden, and the quality of the landscaping supplies I found at Lowe's was impressive. The plants were healthy and vibrant, and the value for money was excellent. The staff provided expert advice on plant selection, making my garden look more beautiful than I ever imagined.

Another stop at another Lowe's ( can't get enough of them already :) ) to pickup a few angled brackets ( order placed ahead of time). Good enough parking lot to address your car parking queries. Checked in for the pickup and in a few minutes got to the counter where I realized that the pickup was ready inside the locker and all I had to do was dial in the code that was emailed to me. Also ended up going around this store to get a few screws and anchors and Alexis was an absolutely amazing help in finding me the right option for my project ( Big shoutout to him) . The store definitely has great hardware , electrical , electronics etc collection and it would hard to not find something amongst these categories in there.Right before exiting it came to my mind to get a couple of copies for a key that I had and this was waiting for quite a bit. Diana was kind enough to guide me through the process and within a couple of minutes or so I was ready to head out of the store with all of my purchases. Definitely recommend the store and the friendly hosts that they have who are always ready to help the customers!!

Four stars for the employees. After being ignored multiple times at the home depot we landed at Lowe's. Someone actually stopped and asked if we wanted help choosing the faucets. In the carpet section another person explained what to choose. I wondered if stores had stopped providing some advice on what to buy till o came to Lowe's. It's my first go to choice for any home improvement buying even though there are others closer to home.

I give 1 star since they have some decent employees on the floor. Management sucks. It's a matter of time they run this store to the ground. I hope the corporate office reads these reviews and responds to the unsatisfied customers.

It's almost impossible to return anything to this store. If you call this number noone picks up. Buyer be aware that it would be impossible for you to return anything large. We are unable to return two bathtubs since noone picks up the phone. And the Lowe's 1-800 number keeps transfering us to this store. I actually work for a company for 3500 rental units number and I'm a CFO, we will end our purchasing program with them as a result of this. So far we called over 8 times! EIGHT times!!!!

This place is huge. Plenty of parking. Close to freeway. Their cleaning section is way too big. So many choices. Halloween and christmas decorations are out. Restroom was clean. No lines at check out. Easy peasy.

LOWE'S ONLINE PURCHASINGOne of the most glaring issues is the way Lowe's processes payments. There have been multiple instances where customers report that their credit gets tied up unnecessarily. For instance, if a transaction doesn't go through due to an error on Lowe's end, funds sometimes remain pending or are held for an extended period. This can be especially inconvenient when making large purchases, as it ties up credit that could be used elsewhere.Additionally, the return and refund process isn't as smooth as one would expect. Instead of immediately releasing the held funds upon cancellation or return, it often takes days, sometimes even weeks, for the credit to be returned. In conclusion, their management of customer credit leaves much to be desired. It's essential for any online retailer, especially one of Lowe's stature, to ensure smooth and efficient financial transactions. The continuous issues with credit tie-ups, ambiguous credit card terms, and slow refund processes are areas that Lowe's seriously needs to address.

IMHOI found two small gazania plants in the plant clearance section, originally priced at $2.98, with a red slash through the price. The clearance price was $2.The nice nursery cashier scanned the full price and failed to discount the plants. It was my fault that I wasn't paying attention. As I'm walking to my car, I realized that I was not given the clearance price. I went back to the cashier, and he said he couldn't do the return/exchange at his register and told me to go inside to the return counter.The young lady at returns said she had to wait for this special register to be available in order to process the transaction and give me back the difference. Okay. After a waiting a little while, I spoke up and asked the young lady if she couldn't just do a simple return on her register, and then re-ring me up at the discounted price. She promptly did exactly that. (I don't know why she didn't think to do that in the first place.) However, it all worked out, and I left with my plants. The cashiers were nice and friendly, but I do feel that management needs to spend more time training them on all POS transactions. A lot of time was wasted on my behalf because my first transaction wasn't processed correctly.

Review for online order and pickup.I saw on Lowe's website, LED holiday lights that I was looking for that were marked down to $10 for a 150 light strand. However, the two Lowe's closest to me were out of stock except for this location. I ordered two sets for pickup. You get email reminders every other day to pick up your order and it needs to be picked up by the seventh day or else your order is cancelled. Due to my schedule, I had to pick up my order on the seventh day. After you enter the store, the order pickup is on the left. The worker scan the bar code on my order pickup email and retrieved my order. She verified my ID and I was out the door.It was relatively easy process in the ordering and pickup or the order.
