this lululemon is usually busy but that doesn’t stop the workers from giving you a good shopping experience! they are always willing to help and don’t sound bothered when you need help finding something.
one of the workers ( i didn’t catch her name but she was tall and had longer red hair ) was the nicest lululemon worker i have ever encountered! she helped me figure out my size for a skirt i needed and was just so friendly.

The reviews are quite funny. People expect to be treated like a god just because they spend a lot on a store or brand? Is that reasonable considering that stores have policies and they need to pay rent and wages? If you do not understand how a business survives nowadays: Just do your shopping online.

As a loyal lululemon fan who spent more than 10k every year on products, I had issue with backpack which was bought for only one month. The store manager refused to do any return on the item saying I must have done something to the backpack, which is ridiculous. I would never buy any lululemon items in the future due to the bad customer service.

I gave a pair of trousers for hemming, and the store executive assured me the stitch would match the factory stitch. However, it turned out to be a basic single line stitch. When I raised this issue, the store executive simply said there was nothing they could do about it.
Additionally, I noticed some white marks on the trousers when I got them back. The store executive claimed they were not responsible for any marks on clothes given for stitching and even suggested that the marks might have been there before. This is unacceptable and has made me reconsider visiting this store again.

Although the brand itself contains well quality clothes, the workers there on the day I went definitely did not match the memo. I recently went to this Lululemon to exchange some clothing as it came damaged and the lego was peeling off, even though the refund and exchange policy clearly stated that my complications were acceptable; the workers denied what their website had stated and that I wasn't applicable for an exchange.
