Shannon was SO sweet and helpful! Literally a ray of sunshine - I felt like I was back in the Midwest for a moment ☺️ Lush always has amazing smelling products, I especially love the hand creams. Violet was sweet too - I appreciated their kindness.

We had a wonderful experience at Lush at Westfield Oakridge! Violet and her associate were great with my 7year old who was so excited to see the bath bombs and squishy soaps! We loved hearing about the safe ingredients as well! So glad we had the opportunity to come in and purchase some wonderful products!!

Excellent customer service. The ladies are very professional and attentive. Nikki and Alejandra were wonderful during my shopping experience today. I plan on visiting the store monthly to buy shower gels and body butters.

I had a fantastic experience, thanks to Danielle, who went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely dedicated to great customer service. She truly made a difference and I hope lush knows what a gem they have on their team!

You need to go see Violet! I went in looking for my old faithful face mask but Violet recommended I try a new one that smells amazing and leaves my skin feeling smooth and clean. She’s knowledgeable about the products and is honest when helping you out. Thanks Violet!

I’m not good at english so i cant describe exactly the bad experience that i had at this lush store. I even cant say anything with this staff and i dont know her name too. I just put the product back on sheft and go out. All i know is that you just touch more than 1 product box and she came and said you will have to rearrange them as before in very impolite way. Her voice came from behind me without saying hello. Maybe she just see my back and she think i am a student. (Actually i am U40). I feel so bad. I , my mom and 2 other sisters have been used Lush for many years and recommended Lush with my friends . Because of this one incident i no longer want to use lush products. Because everytime i see it, i will remember about this bad experience.

I love lush! Even more sooo the staff! Shannon came up to me with a sweet smile and asked if I needed any help. I wanted to know about any foot creams, and of course she helped me find the best products for my needs. Also her coworker I believe (Jennifer) helped me with understanding the best steps to achieve my goal. Could not have asked for such amazing people.

First time in a Lush store, and Violet was so inviting and friendly and sweet just the perfect guide for a newbie! She walked me through some of the most popular items and made some amazing recommendations, even took the time to demonstrate how a bubble bar worked, and I walked out with a bath bomb and bubble bar I am DYING to use. We had dinner plans so we definitely wouldn't have had time to navigate everything and buy anything without her help. ❤️
