I brought my car in after I had scratched the entire passenger side. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the gentlemen over at Express Auto Body were clear, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. They did a fantastic job on my car. It looked brand new again. They even went above and beyond and took out an additional dent that was not a part of the original estimate. Very rare that businesses go above and beyond these days, but Express Auto Body on Stockton Ave did just that. Great job-Thanks again fellas

10/10. Oscar did a great work on my Lexus. They delivered my car on the timely manner along with great price. Xpress auto body has taken care of my car really well and my car looks new :) Oscar is very kind and extremely responsive. I highly recommend this place if anyone needs to have work done on there car.

Look no further; Your all in one repair and paint shop! I’ve had several accidents over the year, and Xpress auto body has taken care of my car through and though! Always comes back looking brand new.
Downtime is always less than 2 weeks. I’ve had to get both side doors replaced, bumper as well.
They’re very kind and extremely responsive when you call. 10/10 recommend! Oscar is my guy! THE BEST

I had scratched my car at work an it dented my passenger side of my car bad, Oscar was friendly an gave me details an estimates on what needed to be done, there work was excellent an I’m satisfied with what they did overall. I will be coming back if I need any more work done. I recommend this place if anyone needs to have work done on there car. Once again thank you to the people at xpress auto body.

The service was excellent and although it was during covid they made sure to take all precautions and kept the process safe. The car was fixed very quickly and they returned a shinny newly washed car back to me. I will definitely bring more cars to this shop. Oscar, Edgar and Elias are top notch people and they provide excellent customer service.

This location is a great place and shout out to the team over there at this place. Special shout out to Edgar. After a disappointing experiment I had with a previous hire of painting my car, Uh Oh Better Get Maaco swept in and saved my Mazda. You hear all these outside criticizers about Maaco and it may have you rethink of coming there, but let it go and see for yourself. Edgar promised a satisfying outcome when he was inspecting the car and his prediction came out to be more than truthful. He broke down the 3 different options, aspect of each options and recommended what was best for my vehicle after communicating details with him about the plan I had for my car. "Be patient" as they're constantly busy taking care of other cars and outside inspecting incoming vehicles. They won't forget about your car once you leave your keys to them. I was anticipated to see how my car will look with a choice color switch, but I know patience was the only medicine if you want it completed correctly. I repeat, great job, shout out to the whole team over there and appreciate the service was that was given by Edgar.

I have a 2013 Kia Soul that had faded paint and a lot of sun damage. The car looked really bad. I went to a couple of highly Yelp rated places for an estimate and was very surprised that they were in the $4000-$6000 range. Each one of these recommended Maaco as a low-cost alternative. So I took my Kia down to Maaco at 600 Stockton Ave, San Jose and met the Manager, Oscar Sanchez. He was extremely nice, and very knowledgeable about painting a car and what would be required. One of the things that I really liked about Maaco was their up front pricing which was clearly posted on a board. I told Oscar that I was planning to sell the car within 3 to 4 years and did not want a very expensive paint job. Oscar did not try to upsell me in any way and made his suggestions which seemed to be very reasonable. I dropped the car off on Monday and was told that it would be ready by Friday. Well guess what-it was ready on Friday. When I came to pick up the car I was amazed at the job that Maaco had done. It looked excellent (see pictures) and far exceeded by expectations. All I could tell you is I was happy. Oscar really treated me well and I was very impressed with his professionalism and the service model of the store (see picture). I really had no problems and will definitely use Maaco again! This store operates with complete transparency and will DEFINATELY work with you within your budget. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business!

dropped off a fleet vehicle for work. when time to pick up they called in the am to tell me it was ready. they called me in the afternoon to tell me they lost the key. then in early evening they call to tell me the vehicle was stolen. Hmm, how would someone get the key and drive off with my work van? Anyway we gps tracked it, police recovered it and it went back into the shop for more repairs. they called me again to pick it up. when i arrived they asked me to sign a paper to pick up the van. I take a closer look and it's a release of liability. guy did want to give me the van until i signed. i asked to see the van and inspected. there were tools missing and a nasty gash on the side. It was very unpleasant. i just took the van and stopped dealing with them. I don't know who took the van but i feel like i may be talking to the person who stole the van and that is very uncomfortable so i won't be going back and cannot recommend.

Everything that I have used MAACO it has been a wonderful experience . The Managers Edgar & Oscar are personable, proficient, and professional. The service as timely. They keep Me oming back.
