We went to the Best Buy The Plant the guy had horrible customer service extremely rude made our shopping experience awful also no reps on floor to ask questions so we left the store empty handed. Our family went to Almaden location we left the store with all electronics in toll.

Two stars because having good products counts. Delivery window today was 12 to 4. The driver showed up at around 11:45. Could be great if I had been made aware. No text or email to let me know. So my 84 years old hard of hearing dad sent them away before I got there. This all happened before 12. The app still had me on the schedule,so anyone I talked to in customer service wouldn't do anything. No attempt to reach the driver. Nothing.

I ordered some items and had a change of heart. Tried to return in person and they gave me 50% of what the refund was. They said they can't do anything bout it but to call customer support. Support told me to return by mail for full refund. Refunded 50% by bestbuy so I had to create a ticket to get my full refund. This was the first bad exp.

If I had a choice of "0" stars.THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Went here at The Plant location looking to buy a refrigerator.Found refrigerator that we liked, and waited around the appliances area, no one was around to assist us. We waived down a person that worked here, and he said he doesn't have his walkie-talkie on him and advised us to go to the front to ask for assistance. We saw another worker here and he said he'll call someone (we waited for 20min - no one came). Then we saw another person that worked here and we waived him down to assist us, and he said he doesn't work in that department (omg really!?). So we decided to take our business elsewhere. I don't know why these people are actually getting paid for working here. SMH

I recently purchased a new electronic device from Best Buy and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect device to suit my needs. They took the time to explain all the features and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. The device itself is top-notch, delivering excellent performance and exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend this store for all your electronic needs!

I was having issues with my PlayStation and I needed a cable that was super hard to get. That took me to this Best Buy and it was an odd experience since I have not been in a electronics store in...I don't even remember how long. The staff was super helpful and they found the cable I needed through some teamwork and sleuthing. It was a micro usb cable that charged and synced. Thank you! Problem solved.

This electronics store is a hidden gem! The selection of products is vast, and the prices are unbeatable. The customer service here is outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist me. I walked out with the latest gadget and couldn't be more satisfied. This store is definitely my go-to for all things electronic!

I forget that we can rate non-food places on Yelp. This Best Buy will be my first. I had purchased an expensive gaming laptop for my sibling (like $600) and It had software problems with it. I know nothing about computers or software stuff. I had called customer service to schedule an appointment at this location and my experience here was so amazingly helpful that I needed to review this place. I checked into Geek Squad and right away someone came to assess my situation. The kind lady name was Candice and she was absolutely a gem! Even with my word vomit of me trying to explain what's the problem, she knew exactly what to do. She walked me through every step of the way along with humorous side conversations. I loved that this customer service interaction didn't give me any annoyed attitude or eye rolls when I asked questions because I'm dumb with technology lol Candice answered professionally without sounding sarcastic! I truly appreciate that. Living in the Bay Area lol and not knowing basic software stuff, you tend to run into people who are so judgmental. I am a health science major LOL leave me alone! ANYWAY, not only did Candice and her team FIX the laptop but she also gave me the option to replace it with an entire new one so I could start over! Ever since I was a child, I saw the infamous Geek Squad vans driving around but I never experienced them before because when technology breaks I am frustrated and just buy a new one lol but I can't just whip out $600 lol so I had to check in with the Geek Squad and I am so happy I did. I will always come here for my computer troubles. I spent about 20-30 minutes here! I highly recommend this place!

This is one of the better locations and has been around for years. The store is very spacious and always well stocked. Items you cannot find at other Best Buys, more times than not, you will find them here. The staff members are very helpful. This location is much farther away but well worth the trip.

They seriously have the worst return police, I would not recommend buying gifts from Best Buy. You have to return within 14 days for a refund and within 30 days for store credit, also you must have a receipt. Even Target lets you return up to 5 items per year without a receipt. Amazon is definitely they way to go for great prices and hassle free returns.

I had a very difficult experience here. Many staff were more concerned with going on their breaks than providing quality customer service. I recall a Geek squad representative plugging in and out the charger cable of my phone into my laptop over and over again to try to back up the photos and then resetting my phone 4 times. which shows not only lack of knowledge of.how computers and phones work and lack of training, but she damaged my phone charger and created functional issues with my laptop. I was there on a Sat for hours, and then went back several times over the course of the next several weeks-trying to get help from different Geek Squad representatives. I was just recently able to get a partial refund from the Sales Manager, but I'm waiting to hear from the Geek Squad Manager, Megan, to get a full refund.

A beautiful display of TV's. I'm a huge fan of large TV's and the layout there draws you in. From the surround sound rooms that give you the home entertainment experience, to stands and other accessories for your living room. The prices of TV's have went up, along with the quality.

Don't go here if you expect decent customer service. There is ALWAYS a wait for someone in cell phone area. Went in today to exchange my lifetime warranty phone screen and do myself at home (they've let me do this before). Normally I wait and have them do but I was on limited time today. Grabbed it from the floor, went to the regular register where there was nobody working... waited there for someone to come to the registers only to be told I couldn't do exchange there I had to go to cell phone counter. WTF. I can't make an exchange ??!! Customer service sucks these days.

Waited 10 min IN line at a register to buy a 20$ charger and got told by a employee "be right with you" I said "you're good" he then proceeded to come back and go and help someone else and look through items taking his sweet *** time, when he finally comes back he says "here's your item sir" to a whole other customer even when I was there first. unacceptable this is the worst Best Buy somehow there is 20 employees walking around w a thumb in their *** but only 2 around to help and open up cases what a complete waste of a company and store.
