We went in to look for a new full mattress. The staff was helpful in directing us to the right product. The sales process was pretty quick and painless.My only gripe was that the payment terminal prompted for a tip amount. Seriously? For a mattress??? Can we not just pay employees a living wage? The tip culture has gotten far out of hand.

I like this location, nicholas helped us a a lot in choosing the right mattress. However i just want to say something about the delivery. 2 guys delivered our mattress, they didn't have booties, traces of their footsteps were so noticeable. While they were bringing the mattress upstairs, they kept cursing and complaining how heavy our mattress was. Maybe they were tired, but still not an excuse for such behavior.

Chandler was an amazing help. He asked about what types of sleepers we were and gave us advice of what mattresses would work best for us, as well as information of how different mattresses work while you are sleeping. Chandler was very receptive to our needs and very apologetic that our first mattress did not work out in such a short time. Chandler is very approachable and knowledgeable on all things sleep! He truly made this experience a positive one!

James, who was helping out from another location was FANTASTIC!!!!!! He was knowledgeable and so very helpful. He was patient and made sure we knew what all of our choices were. He asked questions on how I sleep and whether or not I got a restful sleep. How fortuitous was it that James just happened to be in that store on the day we walked in. Because my oldest daughter had actually taken a wrong turn and we just ended up at this store. We will definitely make Mattress Firm our go to store. On a side note this place was recommended by my younger daughter.

Nicholas was a tremendous help. We told him we needed a twin and full mattress for bunkbeds we had just purchased. We told him we wanted to pick it up today and he was able to locate the mattresses we needed at a different store. Thanks

Excellent Customer Experience! Chandler took a ton of time explaining the difference in all the beds from Hybrid to top of the line. I did not feel like he was selling us hard but educating us on which one was the best bed for us. He handled our crazy twin girls who were lounging on every bed and wanting to take each one home ha! He even emailed me all the information so I could review as we went and looked at other Mattress places. The other places did not compare at all for knowledge at all or prices. We came back before they closed and purchased a Sealy Hybrid bed and just love it! He also got us free delivery, take away old mattress, free pillow and mattress cover! The bed is super comfortable and I have loved so far after 2 weeks! I highly recommend you buy a new mattress from Chandler! Thanks Chandler!

Nick helped me over the phone! I explain to him what I needed, and he got it for me and sent me an invoice on email. The mattress was delivered with white glove service the next day. The delivery men were quick, very nice, and even took the old mattress. I had no idea it could be this easy? And the mattress, it's perfect!
