Outstanding customer service from the entire team! I'm very pleased with my new bed and free set of sheets + pillows. Plus, I was able to get a good price with the holiday sales as well :) Carlos helped me the most and never tried to upsell me. He proved to be genuinely friendly and calm throughout the whole process, no matter how many times I called, while still delivering good service to multiple customers at the same time!

first time at mattress firm and i gotta say experience was 10 out of 10 .
