They delivered the hospital bed with mattress. Their bed and mattress are very very old and used up and passed the life of the useful life. Bed makes noise when I bring up, protective seals comes out. The mattress has burned marks, missing strap and doesn't inflated properly. So I called them and their technician came and re-inflated the mattress and I asked that can he replace the mattress and technician said all of their mattresses have issues. Bang? They supplie problematic equipment to customers. I would not rent any equipment from them.

They are very prompt in sending medical equipment. but the quality of their hospital beds they send for home hospice patients are very poor. seem ancient as compared to the state of the art hospital beds in elcamino hospital etc.

I dont even know where to begin with these guys...As a health care provider I frequently need emergent deliveries for my ill patients. To say these guys go above and beyond doesnt even begin to explain their level of service. I have called them at 5 PM on a friday afternoon and they have performed acts of magic in my book.. getting pt's what they need no matter what. When I send them a request, I have zero concern with it actually gets there, whereas other companies I have to call my patient and confirm delivery. When things need to be picked up, once again one call and "it shall be done.." If anything other than that transpires I know I will get a call from one of their most excellent customer service reps. I have worked with them for years as a hospice nurse coordinator and now am at a hospital. I still call them and ask for help and they happily do so even if I dont place an order. When you need DME this is the ONLY place you should consider!! Thank you Patrick, Theresa and Qui for all your help, and for taking such awesome care of my patients!!! Once a gain you saved me and made my patient feel comfortable and safe before a long and scarey weekend.

I highly recommend MD-Mart. They have serviced my mom's hospital bed multiple times over the past four years and kept her safe and comfortable by responding quickly (usually the same day, amazingly enough!) to service requests. The technicians are respectful of hospice patients and know how to work around them quietly and provide what's needed for these bed mechanisms. The office employees are efficient and helpful, a pleasure to work with, always wanting to make everything satisfactory for the customer. I rely on MD-Mart completely!

I have worked with MD-Mart for the last eight years as a Hospice nurse. All staff members with whom I interacted were consistently professional, warm, and understanding. MD-Mart is an excellent company, and I highly recommend them. I write now because I just retired, and I wanted to leave my testimonial so others know that this is the only DME company they should call. Thank you, MD-Mart!

These people saved my life! after a knee replacement and a double bypass, these angels helped me with getting a hospital bed, wheel chair, shower chair, and other medical things the same day! I can't even begin to tell you how rare it is to find a medical equipment place that can deliver the same day with in 4 hours of my order. and i received my deposit back a day and a half after they picked everything up! And let me tell you about the delivery driver! That young man was so courteous! they were so patient with me, when i kept asking them to explain how everything works. i have been telling my friends to call mdmart if they need medical equipment

Here's how they handle returns. You get a call from them about picking up some no-longer-needed equipment. Fine, you were expecting this. They ask if it can be today or tomorrow. You say you're not available today, but you can be at the location where the equipment is tomorrow morning. They give a pickup time of 10:30 AM to 12. By 10:30, you're there. And you wait. And wait. At 12:15 you call them. They put you on hold for "a moment" which turns out to be 2 or 3 minutes, and then they say the technician's on his way, he'll be there in 15 or 20 minutes. Half an hour later, he arrives. You say, we need to do this quickly, because now I'm in a hurry, I need to be somewhere else soon, I had been given a pick up time of 10:30 to 12. The technician looks surprised. He knows nothing of any 10:30 to 12 range. He only got the assignment to do this half an hour ago. So that's how they handle returns. They give you a time, but they don't make any arrangements for the actual pickup until you call and complain that they haven't shown up.
