CAN YOU TRUST YOUR CAR DEALER? I spent a lot of time looking on the internet for options on Mercedes AMG cars to find my perfect car. When I was ready to buy, I called my salesperson, Bill Infald that I had purchased three other AMG cars in the past seven years. Bill Infald took my list of hard-to-find options and, with his tenaciousness, got back to me with a list of cars that fit my requirements. When I decided on the one that best fit my requirements, Bill had to do a trade to a dealer in San Francisco and, the next day, had the car at Mercedes Benz of Stevens Creek. Bill worked with me to negotiate a great deal on my trade-in and a good discount on a hard-to-find 2024 AMG GLS 63. I feel like I have a friend in the car business and someone I can trust. I highly recommend Bill Inflad and the team at Mercedes Benz of Stevens Creek; they are a team you can trust.

Goran Muftic of Stevens Creek Mercedes sold us a Mercedes GLS (SUV) 4 years ago and we were very happy with this purchase. This past weekend the same car was broken into and had the back window bashed in and totally destroyed. Goran found out about this incident, and not only did he schedule a repair appointment for us, he rush ordered all of the replacement parts and took care of everything for us! He is truly an amazing person and the best automotive consultant we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I would recommend him for any and every automotive need. We will only work with him moving forward. Ivan Pehar

Deceitful and conniving, rip off the customer and only concerned with profits. I took my Mercedes in for the scheduled maintenance and received a loaner vehicle. I've previously bought tires from the dealership to replace my worn out tires in the past. During my time with the loaner vehicle, the tired popped and I was forced to pay +$400.00 for the loaner tire to receive my car back. When I asked the GM, Charley, why would I have to pay for the loaner tire when it's not my car even though I purchased tires for my car for my Mercedes which was under warranty, he gave me a bs excuse. I asked him if he was part of a 3rd party company and was cryptic and stated that he was part of Mercedes Benz Steven's Creek. However, I remembered talking to a gal months before on the floor and she had told me that they were a part of another company. Charly was cryptic and deceitful and did NOT mention that he was part of AutoNation. I put it together when I made the transaction on the credit card terminal because low and behold, "AutoNation" appeared. Then I remarked "AutoNation" to him and his eyes widened because he knew he was caught. I'll never buy a Mercedes again. To add insult to injury I spoke to AutoNation representatives and they told me that they would have someone call me to address my concerns. Charley left me two messages. I'm not interested in talking to him as he scammed me. I proceeded to call AutoNation a few more times and they assured me that someone from AutoNation corporate would call me. They never called or left a message and it's been over 2 weeks, they assured me twice that someone would call in 5 business days... Very disappointed and dissatisfied with AutoNation.

Thank you Estelia and Ellen for making the purchase of a new EQS450 amazing! Your knowledge of the vehicle and how it compares to other EV’s made this the right one for our family. Their respect for my time and respect of my process for making a decision was also greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend.

ATTENTION ALL SPRINTER OWNERS Beware. These guys have no clue what they are doing to a sprinter. They left my fuel pump module unplugged and then with proof of pictures they refused to help out in any way. They are strictly in this to make a quick buck and have zero concept of long term customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and go some place that actually cares about people.

If I could give zero stars to this place, I would. GLS 63 AMG taken in for an oil change on Tuesday. Appointment was made over the phone and we were promised service while you wait and a loaner car if the service would take longer. Went on Tuesday and was told it would take a day and that there weren't any loaners available! Because of that the appointment couldn't be kept so it had to go in on Wednesday. Nothing that was promised in the original call could be honored - why tell people things if they aren't true? Dropped the car on Wednesday morning the 16th. Was promised 1 day turnaround and that the they would also check a keyfob that was having issues and a sunshade that had come unhooked. They said the fob would be checked (battery tested) and was told that the sunshade just needed to be hooked back on. Simple. Easy. Car would be washed and vacuumed. It was just a simple oil change plus checking the battery in the key fob and Re-hooking the back rear sunshade (according to the service person) - so no complicated repairs, nothing intensive at all. On Thursday afternoon I receive a text with an attached video that my vehicle is ready for pickup. I arrive at 9:15 am on Friday to pick up my car and guess what? They have no idea where my car was, couldn't find it, took them almost an hour to get my car to me! Initially the service person at the counter said it wasn't ready but then why did we receive a text saying otherwise? No explanation. He then proceeded to ignore me for over 30 minutes until I asked for my car again - these people are so disorganized! I paid just under $500 for an oil change, a sheet of paper telling me how to operate a key fob and a sunshade that had not been hooked back in place - because despite the technician saying it just needed to be hooked, now I am being told it is actually broken and they will send me a quote for replacement? Why tell me one thing and then change the story? No wash or vacuum done, big surprise. Because of their disorganization and not being able to even find my car for an hour, I missed a 10:00 Doctor appointment I was due for. For the amount of money that Mercedes charges, you would think the level of service would be better. One person promises one thing and then when you get there another person says it can't be done? It is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND these people. They do not give a fig about customer service and are incredibly disorganized. If you can go to another Mercedes dealer for service, please do.

Have been a customer of MB steven creek for 7 years, and their service quality is ridiculously low recently. Before I start, I got my GLC 300 back in 2016 and did all the services here from the beginning. All my previous experience with Jake was extremely well, he has very good customer obsession and I'm very sorry for his leave. My following visit with Vincent is also pretty good. Back to the story, I scheduled my recent visit with "any advisor" because of the time flexibility and things went awkward. To make the long story short, I list everything as bullet point: 1. The advisor apparently don't know what service to do on my car when I arrived, it only takes him about 1 minutes to check back on his computer to figure it out. OK, this is fine, not a big deal. 2. I mentioned to him I have several coupon ($100 or 15% save etc) from MB, he promised it will be applied but never happened. 3. Together with service, my car has a battery light on and also remote lock is not working. I confirmed twice with him if he can address those issues and he said yes and also confirmed that they will be covered within the service without additional charge. 4. 2 hours later, advisor got back to me saying "Hey, we noticed your battery light on, we need to switch it out and it will cost XXX dollars". OK fine. And in the voice message, he explicitly said this is going to cost 442 dollars total (I still have the record LOL) and the final bill is about 550+ dollars for the battery. 5. When I picked up my car, the remote lock still not working. He said "we have checked and should fix the problem", had to schedule another visit for me for next week Wednesday. 6. When I arrived next Wednesday, he said "Oh I have your appointment tomorrow".... 7. Finally he took my car and got back in about an hour "Hey, we figured out your xxx system is broken, need to replace, it will take about $1500". Ok....last week you told me "We checked and everything is fine"...LOL. I also asked another question "The battery you switched out is part of the system, does it mean we might not need to replace the battery because the system is broken?" No answers. I denied everything from here. There are apparently some good things with the advisor that I didn't list. But overall I'm very disappointed with the service and decided never go back to MB steven creek again. Story NOT ended yet... I'm also looking for a new car and after searching around, I want to give MB steven creek sales team another chance because I'm interested in a GLE. When I requested online, the sales got back fairly quickly but... the first message "Thanks for your interest in brand new 2024 GLC". No...I'm not interested in GLC, I want a GLE. After some quick messages, he told me "Let me check if we have GLE for you". Then 3+ weeks of no update at all. Finally, after 3 weeks of no message, he send me an update "Hello, I'm checking to see if you are still interested in 2024 GLC". Hell no.............

I purchased a used vehicle from Jeyson in August 2023 and have yet to receive my registration (5 months and counting) I have called numerous times and no one has been able to tell me why it's taking so long. I've also been transferred to the wrong departments regarding this issue that only lead to dead end voice-mail after voice-mail. I have tried to reach out numerous times only to be ignored. Do NOT recommend buying a car here. Once you leave the lot, the customer service and care stop. You will be disappointed and ignored.

My friend found a 2011 Mercedes on the Stevens Creek Mercedes Benz website. He then called them to inquire about the car's availability. The employee confirmed that the car was available. We drove 30 miles to the dealer to see the car, and upon arrival, we called the employee who assured us of its availability. He asked us to have a seat and mentioned he would join us in 10 minutes. However, after 30 minutes, not 10, he informed us that he checked the car and found numerous issues, stating they wouldn't sell it. I questioned why the car was listed for sale on the Stevens Creek Mercedes Benz website if it had issues. The employee said it was a good question and decided to call his manager. The manager arrived, apologized, and explained that the car was leaking, a significant problem they intended to fix before sending it to auction. I reiterated my concern about the misinformation from the employee. The manager admitted to a misunderstanding and miscommunication, apologizing for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this apology doesn't make up for the entire day I wasted driving 30 miles to the dealer for nothing. As I headed home, I got stuck in traffic, compounding the frustration caused by their irresponsibility. In summary, STEVENS CREEK MERCEDES BENZ OWES ME A DAY!!!

I was gonna check a car from this dealer. Everything is ok at the first. They said car is ready and available. When I got the dealer, I wanted to do drive test and dealers manager told me that, that car is not fixable and the thing is they called me and my friend to check and drive car. And we asked them like if this car is not available why did you guys post it to CARFAX and Cargrus. They said like there is a misunderstood which is nonsense. I drove like 30 miles from half moon bay for nothing.

I came in to buy out my car from the ending lease. I wanted an option where I just come into the dealership, write a check, and leave in 30 mins. At first, I called financial services to find out what the process is and how much money to prepare. They told me, if I go through financial services (which is separate from the dealership), they will send me a packet of documents to fill out, then I have to mail those back, and finally go to DMV to process the purchase. They did not know if I had to pay sales tax at the DMV or while purchasing online. This sounded like a very cumbersome process, so I decided to go to the dealership and purchase the car there. I stopped by the dealership to find out their process. A person named Kamal asked if I want to do CPO (no, thank you) or if I want to finance (no, thank you). The he gave me the price I'd have to pay at the dealership. He said, "Since you're not buying right now, I don't have any more time to spend with you, I have clients coming". How rude. So few days later, I called the dealership to schedule an appointment to buy the car. I spoke with Marvin and he asked me to come the next day, promised all paperwork is done in house, and it will take 30-40 mins. Wow, I was excited. I arrived to the dealership and met up with Marvin. He asked if I want to do CPO, which I declined. I literally just want to write a check and get out. He said he needs to talk to the manager and left me. Then he came back with a big guy, who told me they do not want to sell the car to me because I don't want to do CPO, they want to ensure I will continue to service with MB and they can keep their business. Hmm, I thought they're supposed to want me to but a car from them not the other way around. The big guy offered me to go to Fremont and see if I can buy the car from there because they (Stevens Creek) have "a shortage of DMV clerks". Or I can go through their financial services and DMV. The guy just was intimidating and obviously looking to dominate a woman. Absolutely disguisting. After I got emotional and told them I want to just buy a car and not go to DMV, they left me alone and went to "see what can be done". Then Marvin came back and said, actually they can help with the purchase. That's the guy who told me it will take 30-40 minutes but it was already close to 1.5 hour and no resolution. He gave me some paperwork to fill out and told me to wait for the finance department who will process the purchase. I waited 2 more hours for the finance department. Marvin showed up one time and told me they have a new person working on my case. Of course! At a four hour mark, I was seen by Marco from the finance department. We did the paperwork within 30 minutes and I finally left, emotionally drained, hungry, pissed. The next guy the finance guy Marco sent me an email telling me he missed my signature and asked if I could come back into the dealership again to finish the paperwork. Can you believe it? I was there for 4 hours and they could not get all my signatures? And you're asking me to come back again? I asked for a way to send me a request for electronic signature but Marco said they don't have it. I told him it was not my problem. He said he will fedex the papers to my house in that case. When 2 days later I did not receive any papers, I emailed him again to follow up on the missing signatures. After some time, he sent me a request for an electronic signature, which I signed and that completed my quest of buying a car from lease from MB Stevens Creek. I will never go back to that dealership. The treatment I received was unfair and unacceptable. Worst experience of my life.
