Manpreet provides an excellent customer service. She is very knowledgeable of the products available, understands the customer's needs, and very responsive whenever you need assistance. I sent an email to ask a simple, direct question about a CD that is due to expire. Instead of answering the question, they sent me an email so that I call them during work hours (when I'm busy at work) so that they answer the question. It feels like a way to delay things hoping that the response period expires and they can renew the CD at a bad rate. Other banks allow me to do everything online without having to call during work time, or keep the phone lines open until as late as 11.59pm so that people can call after work.

I rarely give a review on yelp however, Manpreet Mand is an exception. She is definitely a Platinum member of the team at Meriwest Credit Union on Chesbro Ave in San Jose. If you are looking for an exceptional loan officer Manpreet Mand is your person. She has helped us to with at least four of our loans. We also introduced her to our family members and we are all completely so pleased with the products and loans that she gave us. When she was on vacation we tried other loan officers in the bank and we always had to cancel the process and wait for her to return. She is indeed the most knowledgeable banker at Meriwest. I highly recommend her for all your loan needs. She is the best. Thank you Manpreet......We love you!

I have been banking in California for the better part of 50 years. I never had better service than I have had consistently over the last 2 years form Ms. Charise Roberts at the Sunnyvale, Meriwest branch. Although she moved to another branch a while back, I keep in touch with her. Last week I had a situation that required her help. Upon contact, she went out of her way to resolve my problem. Bankers (at Credit Unions) don't get any better than her. The big banks? I focus on the road ahead. I don't look back! Al Gutierrez

The customer service agent I just spoke to was cold, rude and uncaring. This is another reason I am closing my accounts at Meriwest CU. ASAP!
