Mylinh is always very helpful, courteous and professional when I am dealing with her at the Hillsdale branch she also recommended I open a CD which I took her advise and did and it is nice to have someone looking out for my best interests.

The staff was very kind and helped us up until 30 minutes after close to do a wire transfer and for my partner to open some accounts. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back to the hillsdale branch

Most often I have a positive experience when using this branch; however, this week when visiting Hillsdale Avenue, there were two people waiting and there were no tellers at the counter. There was a person at the counter at the computer, but was not taking customers. I asked a person sitting at a desk, if there were tellers available and he responded "the person is on break and should be back soon". That is unacceptable. To my way of thinking there needs to be a teller available at all times. The situation was resolved rather quickly when the person I had asked about the teller situation, signed in and proceeded to assist customers. I left the branch feeling as if customer care is not a priority when there was no concern expressed, for example, "I am sorry for your wait".

Another great visit to my Credit Union. No matter what branch I go to its the same excellent Customer Service. I also bank with Chase and Wells Fargo which are good too. Having started with Golden Bay many years ago, Meriwest continues the personal attention I expect when dealing with my finances. Thank you

Went in to close out my account that had still had $4.16 in it and find out they closed it out due to inactivity and took all my money. Crooks. They said they sent email but all I see are monthly statement notices. Nothing in the subject that says inactive account to be sucked dry and closed.

Slowest service I ever experienced from Lisa M today. I told her I was in a rush and just needed a rent check and gave her everything and she took almost twice as long I feel cause I had told her I was in a rush. She took her time pressing each key on the keyboard. I have been going to Meriwest for 8 years and making cashiers check for over 2 years now and it has not once taken this long to do something I do every month.
