As a first-timer in the gym, I was initially hesitant and didn't know what to expect in my classes. However, my coaches, Makayla and Stephanie, have been exceptionally understanding, encouraging, and supportive. They design every class to be challenging and fun. I never thought i would be one to look forward to being in the gym but they have been so welcoming and patient with me. I would highly recommend Method3 Fitness to anyone looking to make progress on their physical and mental well being journey.

The Trainers are very encouraging, knowledgeable and always up beat. Each one makes sure you're okay in the movement you're doing and if not, they offer a modification. They also pay special attention to any medical problems you might have and make sure the exercise fits your needs. The facility is bright, clean and is well equipped with everything needed to build strength and core. I love the community feel. The partners who come do so to get stronger with no competition amongst each other. We're all there for the same reason. I've only been a partner for 2 months and I can't believe the progress I've made and the difference I've seen. My arms were very weak at the beginning, but now I'm stronger and actually have muscle definition! If you're a bit skeptical, just give them a call like I did. Trust me, you won't regret it.

It's the community at Method3 that makes this gym special. We are all focused on getting and staying strong and healthy. A great cooperative view from all who I encounter. The coaches show personal attention to each member to keep us engaged. They also accommodate our individual medical issues with the exercises to be sure we do not injure ourselves. I am in year 9 of classes at Method3 and it never is boring or repetitive.

When I asked for recommendations for a local gym that would be expert in working with older women, Method3 was most frequently recommended. I hadn't been to a gym or any kind of exercise class in many years so I was nervous. From the first contact, the staff supported and understood my goals. I've been working with Stephanie Rebagliati for some months now; she is terrific. She carefully assessed my physical limitations and kept them in mind as she adapted exercises to continually push me to be stronger (my specific goal). She also ensures I know how to adapt exercises myself when exercising alone or working with other trainers in the group classes. I think she has a particular quiet intelligence and sensitivity about her that makes her special. But all the trainers are experts and supportive and are on the lookout for any exercises that might need to be adapted to anyone's age or physical limitations, even if I'm exercising alongside those much younger and fitter. The gym is always clean and well kept and management is quick to respond.

The Trainers are professional, knowledgeable and super positive. New movements every time I go-with attention to proper form. I'm working mainly with Yvonne and she is on it and me! I trust her as a professional. After just a couple weeks, felt the "cement" leaving my muscles! The facility is clean and well stocked equipment wise. I look forward to going at 5:30am!

Best place for strong professional workout, the facility is great, new and updated, trainers are amazing!! Feels like family, Sue is extra nice and helpful, love love my trainers Justin, Markus and Yvonne, you can take personal sessions or group sessions, and you will have lots of fun!!

Training with Yvonne was amazing. She paced my workout to my limitations and strength and she included a little bit of everything. I was pleased to have my core, upper body, lower body and cardio all addressed in my first work out after a long break. Great gym and fantastic trainers. I would recommend Method 3 to anyone looking for personal training or group classes that focus on weight training

Get Loose with Alan Yu at Method 3 has been a must addition to my weekly workout routine. In a well coordinated, planned session Alan leads the groups into strength and stretching exercises specific to the neck, shoulders, wrists, ankles, and my personal favorite - HIPS! I started doing training here about a month ago. I started despite an injured shoulder and years of not working out. I was a little nervous but I’ve attended classes with a few different coaches now. They are each amazing and attentive - Keith is my favorite so far. The classes help my mobility and my strength with weights, TRX and other resistance equipment. Each coach pays attention to my limited shoulder without me asking for modification. The classes are usually 15 people and the size seems to be just right. The group is friendly but focused on their own workouts. It’s a distraction free, clean, friendly, well organized place.

You know when you think you wrote a raving review for a place that you frequent on a weekly basis, but then you realize you never actually sat down to write it? Well, this is that review. I've been a member of Method3 since 2016. I've been fortunate to have lived in and traveled to a lot of great places and as such, I have attended fitness classes globally. Method3 is such a special place. The caring, motivating and results-oriented environment is actually pretty rare to find. The staff and coaches are amazing and enjoyable to be around. I started attending classes at Method3 before kids, and I now have 2 children - a toddler and an infant. I worked out consistently here prior to giving birth (both times) and all of the coaches were encouraging and very helpful in providing modifications. I attribute my recent incredible post-birth recovery to my Method3 workouts. The classes are 40 minutes long, and while that may feel short (to those of you who prefer the hour long grind) or long (to those of you who aren't that into group fitness), the class time is actually just right. The classes are filled with exercises that are thoughtfully chosen, intentional and well-rounded. They are varied (no two classes are alike!), inclusive (there are people of all abilities that attend) and have allowed me to chat with people that I wouldn't have otherwise met. They offer a variety of times for class 6 days/week and I've tried every one of them! Pre-Covid/kids, I was a 5:30 in the morning gal, now I'm squeezing myself into a lunch or afternoon class in between meetings. Going to class here is often the highlight of my day. I highly encourage you to drop in and try out their classes.

I started attending classes at Method 3 fitness about a month ago. I like the fact that they have various programs that can be tailored to individual needs. I opted for group training. I am noticing I'm stronger and more able to do certain exercises. We work the whole body and that's my preference. The people are friendly but focused on their workouts. The place is clean, organized and the staff are friendly and attentive. I've got a shoulder injury and without asking my Coach always modified for me. It's a great spot for professional people who want to build health.

I've been doing the classes and working out with the Coaches at Method3 since 2020. I really enjoy the classes and I like the way the Coaches pay attention to your form in doing specific exercises because it keeps you safe and helps you learn how to do the exercises right. It's obvious the Coaches care and they make it really fun. I really enjoy the way Coach Yvonne loves to dance, sing, and jokes because it helps get me through a challenging workout. All of the Coaches have their way of making it fun. Everyone that works there are just special human beings, not just Coaches.

I love Method 3. My coach Makayla is awesome! She’s super knowledgeable encouraging and helping me get stronger so I can lead a healthier life. She has been super respectful and supportive. She always has the right approach and pushes (gently) when I need it and gives me a longer ramp when needed. I wouldn’t be making the progress I’ve made without her. Thanks Makayla!
