Customer service was ok but they need more people to help clients. It seems like nobody is knowledgeable training would be a good thing also.

Customer service is of the absolute worst. Employees lying about other locations having certain items available simply because they rather be on their phones than help out a customer. If I could give this location zero stars I would. Save yourself the stress and avoid this location as their employees don't care about truly assisting metro customers. They'll do anything to get customers to just leave quickly.

The women who work in this store are disrespectful, they did not attend to me, they did not check my information, it is the worst service I have received in my entire life. I'm thinking of changingTelephone company. I can't believe you hire people like that to work in customer service. Metro Mobile is the worst company that exists!! Their employees have no idea what they do, not even their personal presentation imparts credibility. What a terrible service ?????Don't use that store to solve your problems ???????????

Metro ok for a company that runs by T mobile if I had to rate on a scale of 1 thur 10 I would rate Metro a 4 why ?? Bad service and there selection of cell are not as good as T mobile .

I was there today to have the service activated on my new phone. That was done; however, the male rep absolutely ignored my inquiry to transfer all of my accounts and data from the old phone to the new one twice. His response was "here's how you can do it home and if you have issues, you can come back and we can help." I paid for the service transfer and I was being very professional and kind and asked the third time if he can do it. And he said "yeah" and still did not do it. Now I am stuck at home trying to do it but half of my data is lost. I called their store but no one answered. This is absolutely horrible customer service and far from professional. Never going back there again!

Though I don't know if I'd recommend this location this one employee named antonio was awesome he helped me even though I was scared an didn't know what to do he easily guided me through the process of getting a new phone and that was wonderful

DO NOT BUY A PHONE HERE!! last month my phone was stolen. I needed one for work same day. I've always bought Samsung Galaxy and always had Metro as my carrier. So I went down to the closest metro and got a phone. The salesman said several times that there was no warranty but when I asked if it was used or broken he assured me it was fine. So I figured since the store is on E Santa Clara in the heart of San Jose Crap zone that they probably got lots of a** holes coming in saying the phone they just bought was broken or other scams. WRONG! This brand new Samsung A02s bought in October 2021 is now unuseable. It starts scrolling for no reason, the keys don't respond or bounce so u are typing in the middle of a sentence, OR they take u to the icloud. It is impossible to make a call because the numbers jump and scrolling begins. I tried every fix I could find online, cleared cache partition, updated etc etc. Nothing worked. So that pig of a salesman sold me a pos phone..which has gotten so bad I can't use it. AND I WONT BE ABLE TO BUY ANITHER FOR A MONTH OR MORE. DONT HAVE THE $$. SO Metro at 304 East Santa Clara totally ripped me off. And I really need a phone. 4 nights ago my ex stabbed me in the chest and clear through my arm. I was literally bleeding out while trying to make an emergency call. It just kept scrolling. NEVER EVER GO TOTHIS STORE!!!

The best service of all, an excellent place where you can answer your questions. FRANCISCO is one of the smartest people I have seen in this type of business ... a few weeks ago I had gone to pay my bill, and this guy convinced me to take 2 phones and 2 tablets, he explained everything in detail and I received a great price on everything. I personally recommend this store for the knowledge that the employees have.
