DONT go here the girl tried to over charge me $100 more saying the total was $400 for a phone that was under $300 for the exact same thing I got at another store just 10 min later and she claimed it was a $100 service fee so I can keep the same number which was a lie. SAD PART I've been with metro since 2007 and now I have to worry about the information this girl has on my account if she really just tried to rip me off for $100 more, I also asked her to show me the screen for the break down and where it was charging $100 to keep my same number she said she deleted the screen because I didn't want it . Terrible experience. Previous metro customer in the past intending to switch because of Iphone12 promotion. The advertisements in store on digital display were only in Spanish. As a non-fluent speaker, I could not determine what the difference between two plans. Sales clerk asked me if I wanted to make a payment while she was currently on the phone. I said I would wait until she was done with the call. She insisted and then didn’t explain the difference between plans at all. She also failed to explain the requirements to get the promotion saying that I would only get the watch for that price. I had to pull up the website myself and show her that the phone was free with the discounted promotion. She then said she thought I was an existing metro customer. I never stated that and didn’t mention that until I showed her the website. She then told me she didn’t have any iPhones for the promotion until Friday. Unhelpful, not interested in being professional and generally lack of training.
