I bought a tablet online and I went to have the tablet activated and my SIM was transferred because my phone broke to change it to another phone. I have a subway and to activate the tablet that already came with the chip and change my SIM to my other cell phone they charged me 60

I waited 15 minutes and other people arrived, they were served first.
I was totally ignored, Ami didn't say a word to say that he was going to help me, he was going to buy a phone, but if they don't want to, I bought it in another store in Tropicana and they robbed me there.
Where are we going with these people, the Asian people who served before were very good.
What a disappointment for our race.

Aby help me I buy a 49.99 Phone and came out with 234.24 and when ask her to explain the charges she cant do and charge activation fee and add me a insurance fee without ask me if I need it and activate the phone in new account when I have 2 lines with metro only to charge more now when merge to my account after 14 dais of use I have to paid my entire month this is a rip off if you need new phone go to corporate store

Very bad customer service, the lady with short blonde hair served me reluctantly and making derogatory gestures towards me.
People like that should not work in the store. I have been with metro pcs for 8 years and this is the first time that they treat me so badly.
