Bad service. I go to this store because it’s the closest to my house but they are very rude and they keep talking to me in Spanish even though my English is perfectly fine. I’ve felt so discriminated against by the two brown people in there. No business can grow without good costumer service, coming back there ?? NO Thanks

The worst customer service and very shady first the guy lied and and told me that the phone he showed me was an upgrade when it's wasn't it was clearly an older phone that the one I had, then he lied about the release date of the phone amd proceeded to over charge me $70 and when I went back 2 days later to exchange the phone he said I couldn't. I even had metro on the phone amd he still wouldn't even though I told him I wasn't happy with it and wanted something else . He would not give me a refund or exchange my phone. He said I had to exchange it within 24 hours of purchasing the phone. So now I'm stuck with a phone I don't even like.
I reported them to metro and they were filing a report against the store and the way they do business. Please choose another store this store is awful they don't care about their costumers amd they will lie to you to get you to buy a phone. They barely even had any phones to choose from in fact I hope this store gets taken over. Or shut down. I will never go to another franchise metro store AGAIN!

Female rep today Monday March 25 2024 at 3:40 pm was no help at all. I went to store. Just me. No one else. She was on her phone talking to a baby sitter and complaining about money she owed to the baby sitter and saw me standing there. She took 8 minutes and 32 seconds then she got off phone and then she said computers were slow and for me to come back tomorrow. She need to be fired
