The associate at this location, @MetroPCS on Tully Rd, didn’t speak English or at least she made it seem like she didn’t. She used the translator feature on her telephone to communicate with us. In a heavily English populated area that is unacceptable.

I’m extremely disappointed with the manager at this location. My son was scammed by one of their workers who sold him an iPhone 11 at an exorbitant price, almost 500 dollars. Five days later, when he attempted to return it within the two-week guarantee, Joseph, the manager, refused the return. We’re considering filing a claim for this transaction, but it wouldn’t be necessary if the staff were more professional. We also reported this store to Metro, and they say they would find out and contact us back soon. I strongly advise not to purchase from this store, as it is not directly affiliated with Metro, and they can’t offer any good deals.

Edger was helpful in helping me fix all the issues that I was having. But I just wished that he would be more clarify on actually when my phone with be unlocked. Was told that it will be unlocked with 24 hours, not after 40 days.
