The woman with the neck tattoos is rude and no help just complicates every question with a complicated answer to get a high commission with trying to overprice everything. Plus when I walked in she was being rude to a single mother with her son .

My phone I just brought had some issues (Samsung Galaxy A15)and I wanted to see if I could swap for the same type. It had alot of battery issues and quality of the pictures were glitchy. This metro pcs location had some of the rudest employees. I asked what I could do to fix the issues and they said there was nothing they could do. I don't know his name a young man with glasses spoke rude to me and hardly helped me. The manager of the store had a really bad attitude and overall my experience wasn't helpful. To the employees of the store, whatever your going through I hope it changes and your life gets better. MUCH blessings to you !

I have five cell phones on my Metro account that I use for my business. I just experienced an absolutely bizarre and potential disaster with my personal cell phone and my business cell phone that I've had for years. Apparently somebody hacked my account and took both of these phone numbers down. They disappeared from Metro's system completely. I came to this Metro store and Yuli the store manager took care of what seemed to be an impossible situation and fixed everything quickly. She was quite resourceful and did an amazing job. This is absolutely my new Metro store and I will trust her with all of my cell phone needs! Thank you!

If you don't want to put in the hours, don't make me waste the last of my gas going to your location, only to have the doors locked.Online your hours say open till 8, but your not there passed 7? Thanks for wasting my time and gas. Times are pretty tough on people right now, you're adding to their troubles.Follow up to Damons Professionally handled response.My complaint has been handled expediently, with care, and sincere concern for my customer experience. Going beyond me, I've learned that T-Mobile has intelligently made this a focal point in dealing with customer satisfaction. I can only applaud them, and say to T-Mobile, Damon is the template, you can't go wrong if you bite off his style, but do it with sincerity. Duplicating Damons sincerity will be hard, but it seems you may be up for the challenge. 1 star jumps to 5.
