I was 100% happy with my recent experience at Michael J’s Body Shop on Taylor St in San Jose. They repaired my Chevy Bolt front end damage- it looks like new again! Professional car body workshop. They gave me quote but some of the parts are not in stock. Mr. Lee called me when they ordered the parts and expected date for materials in house, and estimated when can I drop off the car for repair.
My car looks brand new after the repair. They did a professional job on the exterior work, cleaned the vehicle, and waxed the paint too.
Staffs are very welcoming, helpful and hospitable, recommended!

Michael J's repaired my Toyota Tacoma after and accident. They did an excellent job and matched the paint on the rest of the vehicle very well. This is an excellently run efficient business with experienced and friendly personnel.

Got an estimate done 5 weeks ago here and they havent put it into the system in order for me to move forward with insurance. Called once a week and spoke to someone on the phone, each time they say theyll update my file with insurance and they havent.

100% would recommend this place without any hesitation. Everyone was professional and provided great customer service. I called to make an appointment for an estimate. The receptionist provided me with available time-slot to choose from - which I really appreciate cause it shows they care about your time as well. I showed up and they gave me an estimate and walked me through my insurance policy and how it would work. They called back again to confirm a good drop off time for my car and told me they would work with the rental car place to sync up my pickup time. When I dropped off my car, they broke down the process again for me and told me the repair would take 5-7 business days and within minutes enterprise came to pick me up and shuttled me to their office for my rental car. They will call you again to give you an update on your car and the status. I picked up my car and was able to drop off my rental car at their place as well. Smoothest transition ever! No hassle whatsoever! I didn't have to worry about getting an Uber or a shuttle. Alright alright, you probably want to know about the quality of the repair right? Well it was fantastic! My car is 10 years old and I kept her well maintained. It hurts to see dents and scratches on my car. I was really worried that the color would be off since they had to replace the fender and door, but nope! They made her look brand new and the color looks uniform across the car. Big shout out to SERGIO and his team!

Wow! I can't thank Michael J's Body Shop enough for their exceptional service! From the moment I contacted Jeff, he went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, patiently explaining every step of the repair process. Not only did they fix the damage flawlessly, but they also went the extra mile to detail the inside of my car as well as give me a tutorial on a steering wheel club I had purchased. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. They were communicating with me throughout the whole process and got my car back to me in record time.
