Very disappointed with our experience at Michaels. We picked up several items from a display that had no signs or labels indicating they were clearance. After purchasing, we were told that these items are final sale and cannot be returned.
When we spoke to the manager, they said we should have known the items were clearance just because there was a small letter “C” next to the item name on the receipt. Seriously? How is a customer supposed to figure that out after paying?
To make things worse, the cashier didn’t say a word about the items being non-returnable. In other stores, we’ve always been clearly informed when something is final sale. That’s basic customer service. But here, there was no signage, no warning — nothing.
We left feeling frustrated and misled. This was our first time experiencing something like this at a major retail chain. Unfortunately, we won’t be shopping at Michaels again.

Went there to look up some frame customization. Brenda was extremely helpful and laid out all of the options to us. She even shared valuable insights for what kind of frames to get. Interaction with her is extremely pleasant.

I went last week, came in and left with nothing, because what I was looking for were ribbons (blue tones to be exact) and I couldn't find a variety of color tones or styles.

Mostly self checkout, there are customer service representatives on duty. I shopped for mainly ribbons. Because of graduation week, their selection was very minimal.

This location has horrible service if you order anything online for pick up in store. They will fill orders with wrong items when you select no substitutions or send out the notification that your order is ready and not tell you until you go for pickup that half the items were out of stock. If you have to shop from Michaels, either go inside or order to another location.
