Pretty good Michaels, but disappointing selection of wool yarns. Even the Michaels in Bakersfield had a bigger, better selection.

Michael’s always has what I need for my crafts. Stores are always clean and staff is very helpful when I need them. Also, can’t go wrong with their rewards program. It’s saved me so much money especially being on a fixed income.

Stopped by here a little while ago and the employees and manager really helped me out. I meant to give them a review through the Michaels feedback system, but never got one for this store. The store was very organized. I was worried the item I had ordered for pickup was out of stock since it said they only had one left, but they indeed had one left. The front was also tidy without any expired orders keeping stock off the shelves.

Great employees, lots of fun and useful stuff. Even if you don't consider yourself a maker or crafter, check out Michael's. Totally worth checking every isle! And sign up for their loyalty program. Yes you will get frequent emails. But some of those will include decent rewards that don't require a large minimum purchase. Worth reading before deleting.

Large store, lots of plastic. We went got some yarn, but most of their stock was store brand and only a handful of other options were available. Decorations were tacky. Overall, I recommend going somewhere else. Joann’s has a better selection.

Person in charge tonight was Edith:
Tonight I came in with a receipt and brought our flag frame back because at the time I bought it I didn’t see a chip in the glass until tonight when we decided to set up my grandpas veteran flag. There was a piece of missing glass in the corner which wasn’t noticeable when you just going to buy arts n craft item and see the flag frame on sale why not put it in the cart. This employee made me feel like I damaged it and brought it back to return it. I even bought one that was more expensive why would I bring in something I damaged that just wouldn’t make sense at all. I’m appalled by this woman’s accusations and she can try to say she did nothing wrong but she did and I didn’t appreciate it one bit. The cashier who helped me was a VERY kind young lady which Edith should take notes from because not everyone is ripping off stores especially the ones paying taxes to our economy. Edith should learn her policy before assuming anything about any customer if I could sue for her discriminating believe me I would!
Michaels policy for picture frames states:
If your Michaels purchase does not meet your satisfaction, it may be returned or exchanged at any Michaels location for the full purchase amount within 60 days. Refunds will be offered in the original method of payment, except: Purchases made with a debit card will be refunded as cash.

Michael's is an OK place for supplies and they are always restocking. Bought the last black foamcore board along with some large foamies. No-talk to anyone in and out with the self checkout is awesome.
