I took my car in to get a new set of tires and an alignment because of the price and the same day service they offered. After arriving, part way through the tire change the staff told me that they couldn't do the alignment the same day. I waited around 3.5 hours for the tire change. I came back a following day for the alignment and waited around 2.5 hours. I thought the service for the alignment should have been quicker because I waited so long the first time and they didn't get to it. Not a big deal.There are two issues here:1. When they did the alignment, they should have told me that my sway bar had a problem. The reason for that is because my sway bar needed to be changed. If you change your sway bar, an alignment is recommended. So after I got the alignment here and I found out my sway bar had a problem I had to get another alignment.2. The second issue is that my tires were not properly balanced. I took a family trip this past weekend and found significant vibration in the seats when moving at highway speeds. There's no excuse for improperly balancing a tires. I called to address this with the owner, but they left me on hold for 10 minutes so I just hung up and went to Just Tires to get my tires re-balanced.All in all, I did not save money.They should have:- Informed me of the sway bar issue and saved me a redundant alignment.- Properly balanced my tires.I ended up spending 200$ more on the car than I should have, had they done their job with integrity.

This place is ridiculous, my mother in law came in for an oil change and was quoted $70 something and they decided to put the premium stuff in without asking and then charged her $100 something. She doesn't speak English and everyone was speaking to her in English which is fine but the 2 men doing the oil change were being extremely rude laughing at her and just being childish and the lady who apparently is an assistant to the manager was yelling and being extremely rude. Do not go here just go elsewhere.

Left my phone in their sitting area when I realized I left it I was already home went back immediately and asked if they seen a phone if anyone turned one in they had no idea nor where any help at all but I asked them to look at their security cameras cuz if it was a customer then they definitely have their info they said they would have the manager look at the video and call me back but no call back yet has me really wondering if it was the workers if so be careful people this place is full of liars and thieves...

Took my 2001 mustang in for leaks rear driver side axel and transmission. Oil change, replace power steering pump. They suggested to drain brake lines and also drain power steering as well. They did an excellent job, car steers like it was brand new, brakes aren't spongy and no more leaks or burning smell. Excellent Service! I have been here a couple times now and I have no complaints only praise. Really quick at texting back when I asked if I could bring my car in the next morning before work. Answer was yes! I needed a new radiator and an oil change. It was done by the time I got there after work. The other thing I love was how friendly and helpful they were. They never try to push any extra work on you. They will tell you what your car may need and let you decide. It's very hard to find a place you can trust, but I feel very comfortable coming here and telling people about it! Thank You

I tried making a appointment for a oil change on their website and was told i would get a email, never did. The next day i called to see if i had a appointment, the person said they were out all day the previous day but i could still make a appointment so I made one for 01/20/22 at 9:00am. I show up for my appointment and am told i didnt have one and would have to wait til possibly 11am. This is the second time this has happened at this midas. Thankful the man at the register was able to put me in and i got my oil changed before 11am. Pretty sure the person who picked up the call was the manager his voice sounded familiar. Good luck actually getting a appointment.

This place is solid. I came here since the other one down the highway is really disrespectful. I came in was greeted respectfully and was booked an appointment quickly and throughly, no wonder why everyone comes here they are so much more professional then the other one in Monterey plaza. Totally recommend!
