Mike has been our agent now for close to 15 years; managing both our home and auto policies. He is always prompt and guides us to the most reasonable rates, even for our teenage drivers. One of our children had a no-fault accident, which totaled her vehicle and he guided us through the claims process. The claims department was very fair, prompt and obtained a great result which had our deductible returned as a part of the resolution with the at-fault driver's insurance company. Mike is very experienced and promptly returns my calls and emails whenever I have a question or need assistance with our policies (on top of what the State Farm website already conveniently provides).

Mike and his team are very responsive. Even though it’s past business hours, it doesn’t mean you won’t get a call back in the same day. I have gotten call backs outside the normal working business hours. Mike and his team are hard at work and have been serving my entire family since 1980! That’s right… he’s been serving my family for over 40yrs. We have had no issues and that’s why we have stayed with him and his team.
