This company is bad. Unlicensed, Racist and unprofessional! They some how hide my review for public not to see. I will repost every time they do that again. Should be called crook’s vinyl and graphics. ?

Very Bad customer service. Not suggesting to use their services. There is plenty of other companies with good customer service and great labor.

They gave me a fantastic deal for company decals and they did a great job. I highly recommend them! I look forward towards doing business with them again in the near future. :)

It's to bad we are forced to leave at least one start instead of giving a minus five star rating - Miller vinyl sucks and has lived up to their first impression given me. Don't waste your time nor your money here-Carrie (the owner so she says) is totally unreliable and vindictive. She's non responsive and unreliable. Her father seemed to be better at the business end but still falls way short and I would direct all interested or potential customers to find a better vinyl shop to do professional and quality business with.Miller Vinyl Sucked for Me ...

Wow. Mr. Drysldale calls me and black mailed me. Then he changed the story. What a crook!!! Thank god we didn't do business with him. I bet if i had issues with his work he would black mail me too. Wow! Great business man. Go Drysdale!!

I've had the pleasure of working alongside these folks. Carrie and Mike are nice people and very passionate about the work they do. Big or small, car or wall, they always do job well done!

We just had a nice Zoom video conference. Carrie, her dad Mike, and I usually go out to lunch to talk about business. Being their mentor, it was nice to be able to have a talk with them via Zoom. It worked very well. This “social distancing” situation has certainly changed how they conduct their sign-making business. For example, they just made a sidewalk sign for Sam’s Barbecue over on Bascom Ave, San Jose, CA. They delivered it to Sam and brought back a nice lunch. It is a pleasure to see Carrie and Mike’s upbeat mindset.

Not quite the best experience, I initially visited in person and talked to one of the owners to make a fairly large quantity of labels for my small business. We built great rapport and was recommended to come back at a later time to see one or two samples of my logo to test it on several bottles. After maybe three weeks of trying to contact the owner but being ghosted, the other owner finally replied and gave me a ultimatum to either order or have the bottles I gave them sent back.Being that I had to be the one to reach out several times and not getting responses, was given promises that weren't met, and just told to either order or leave, I would honestly recommend you use someone else, despite being an advocate for local business, the online companies just might be better
