About Montgomery Theater
The Montgomery Theater is a great place to catch performances by up-and-coming stars. The theater is of a suitable size, with ample green rooms, clean washrooms, and a well-designed stage. The interior is posh and well-maintained, creating an authentic and upper-crust atmosphere. While the theater offers comfortable seating and great views of the stage, parking and directions can be a bit tricky. Overall, it's one of the favorite theaters in San Jose, known for its talented actors and actresses, impressive set design, and fantastic costuming.
A great theater with a variety of community events from school events and children's theater to summer concerts at an accessible cost! The theater seats less than 500, so it is intimate and accessible.

I attended the Godspell show and that show was great in itself but the Montgomery Theater was a really good space for it. Pretty much all the seats have good views and the staff were kind and helpful. Parking can be a bit tough but that's typical Downtown San Jose for you.
