Bad company and business model. Horrible store policy. Only store in bay area that wont return unopened tire chains - box intact in which they delivered. Consider going to any other auto parts store.

I bought an oil plug at a different NAPA location because they had it in stock. However, when I wanted to return it at this location, the guy at the front desk refused to refund it because I got it at a different location, even though NAPA's website for returns allows you to return items at any store locations. This location has a bunch of lazy and dishonest people here. Been a loyal shopper for a while but now I'm going to shop elsewhere instead.

LR Brothers Automotive Ince owns this Napa store. The owner loves to buy a bunch of their auto parts on Amazon and then returns them for a refund. Seems like they don't keep anything they buy and always return. This is extremely bad business. They should only be buying from their NAPA distributor. ANYONE SHOPPING AT THIS NAPA STORE SHOULD JUST BUY DIRECTLY ON AMAZON AND SAVE A TON OF MONEY!

Jeff and Danny are absolutely by far the best! They are super honest , knowledgeable, and we never think twice about taking our cars there. In fact we'd never take our cars or business anywhere else. All 3 of our boys take their cars as well to them and they make you feel like family. We've been going to them for about 15 years starting at their old shop on Winfield. We tell everyone about them and would not trust anyone else. The quality of service they provide is phenomenal. We love them !!

Nota good attitude, they check everything when returning stuff you don't need. But they don't do it before you leave the store. No good place for auto parts.

1-16-22 the older guy working the counter has a big attitude towards customers. After he got the parts I told him he can keep them ill go else where to buy. I won't be back there because of his attitude.

DONT EVER COME HERE, WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! The worker at this store is so unreasonably rude. The manger sold me an cabin air filter but it does not fit for my car. I came to exchange it the next day. My husband met Molse, the worst with customer service ever. He was rude and disrespectful toward my husband. He questioned why did my husband open the product if it not fit. Obviously o bought the product and the store help me saying that it for my car and how would it be my fault for opening the product. Molse is disrespectful and wasted my time because I have to wait for the manager to come back on Monday to get an exchange for a product that I payed for. DONT EVER COME HERE!! Yeah

Rude workers. My senior parents and I went to the store where on their website states that they have a mechanic on site. We asked the clerk if there was a mechanic we could speak to and he replied with snappy comments stating "we've never had a mechanic" and when we walked in he was upset that we came in right at 9am when they opened and even made a comment on it too. We respectfully waited 20 min after they opened their doors so we didn't bother their opening process. We are traveling and just wanted a safety check-- that's all. Highly rude, the tone and facial expressions were terrible from this staff, and the clerks will even walked away from the conversation and customers mid conversation.
